I gave him a time line and he helped me every step of the way, not even exaggerating, very respectful and understanding! The complex looks awesome to, has everything you need and isn't to far from Fort Dix base. Some of the appliances were older and the side doors to the building need windows; that way you don't accidentally hit or scare someone coming into the building. That being said, Melissa the front desk/building manager was wonderful and always responded quickly. The building repairman, Angel, is great and always makes sure everything in your place is fixed while he's there. Out of all the places in the area this place is probably the best you're going to get for a reasonable price.

I recommend a first floor apartment to save money in the summer on air conditioning. The bottom units stay pretty cool. The units have central air and their own hot water heaters, as well as their own laundry. Each apartment has a dishwasher as well. The bathrooms are tiny but they work. Maintenance here is not very good. You have to stay on them to get things done. Expect to wait a week for most repairs. If you lock yourself out after hours maintenance is not authorized to help you, you have to call a lock smith. All units either have a small back deck or for 2nd floor units a small balcony. They do not take very good care of the grass surrounding the units away from the entrance. The leasing office staff is pretty helpful and good with returning calls. They do not offer a military discount.

There were some damages, there were not triple my deposit damages. I challenged them demanding to see a contractor's invoice and lo and behold, I get a letter telling me that surprise, they re-checked their files and the damages were actually an amount a bit less than my deposit, so they sent me a refund check. This place is fine to live in, but KNOW YOUR RIGHTS when you move out and take your pictures. They are owned by a large property management firm that will just throw big numbers hoping you'll pay, which is pretty shady. Challenge everything if they demand payment from you after move-out. Make sure they've actually done what they're supposed to do.

Its greatly located close to RT 38 and very near to Schools, banks, shopping complex and great choice of restaurants. The maintenance of the common areas are well planned and organized. The staffs are very helpful and humble. They immediately listen to your queries and act promptly. The apartment got a grill area with outdoor lawn, tennis court.
