I walk in and I'm greeted every single time and I never have to wait! They always have a team working quickly. I've never really looked around, but it looks like there's all kinds of supplies here. They also accept other returns from stores and businesses. I don't know why they don't have higher ratings, but I've never had an issue here! The only issues I've had are completely out of this store's control. Sometimes there are people outside asking for money or people in an altered state hanging out outside. It doesn't always feel comfortable or safe but again, it's out of their control! The parking is so so. There's a busy Chipotle and Panda Express so the parking lot is a little chaotic to navigate. Hopefully in the future UPS will upgrade to a large store elsewhere in Downey with better parking! One can hope.
