Scam

If I could leave zero stars I would this place IS A SCAM THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! I made a reservation and when I got there suddenly they have no record of me making one, I showed them my confirmation email and everything. When I did, the A-hole behind the desk looks at my Service dog and goes "I can't help you and we're not pet friendly anyway". I said f- it were not staying at this roach motel anyway. So I go to try and get my money back on the website and suddenly this guy is unavailable to give me my refund ?? hopefully i can get my money back because I WILL despite this. Mind you I was 11 at night and I've been traveling all day now I have nowhere to go lucky I was able to book at another place. I should have known better the bad reviews warned me but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Spend the extra money and go to the best western down the road like I did.

If I could I would leave this place no stars. The pictures are so inaccurate. The beds are really hard, the shower is too dark for me to trust, there is no pool. The head boards rattle and hit up against the wall that is missing paint. This place is extremely unpretentious, as far away from luxury and not even accommodating. Down right scary to have my family stay here. Yes the price of the room is extremely cheap, and it shows.

Love the vintage feel of this motel.

I was pleasantly surprised during my stay at Harris Ranch Resort...in a good way! This resort is…read morethe exact halfway point between Los Angeles and San Francisco. It is in a town with seemingly nothing right off the freeway; it almost looked like a mirage. Upon arrival, the staff were really friendly, even offered us some hot cookies from the bakery. They also offer complimentary tea and coffee every morning. The rooms themselves have a rustic feel, but are spacious. Some come with balconies for about $20 more. They have regular rooms and executive suits...some with beds and breakfast tables, to couches and Lazy Boys. I have stayed there twice now and both experiences were excellent. You literally never need to leave the property because they have everything! They have 2 restaurants, a bar, a country store, a gas station, a pool with a swim up bar, and more. It's an excellent stop on a road trip! I will absolutely stay at Harris Ranch Resort the next time I'm traveling through that area.

The Harris resort, restaurant and cute local American style store are such a gem in the local. Highly recommend visiting this Restaurant in the holiday season, you may enjoy the high quality meal and jollable holiday vibe. My friend order the 14 oz ribeye and I ordered 8oz filet mignon. It is a three course set. Soup(or Salad), bread and main course with two sides. The serve of the food matches the volume as it describe on the meau. It is quite a lot for girl. The chef or the culinary staff is expert on steak grilling. The crust of Filet mignon tastes caramel crunch. The inner of Filet mignon is perfectly soft tender. When you bite it, you still can feel the texture but not raw. It is warm and flavored tender. We enjoyed our dinner at regular restaurant. They also have the high end restaurant in the same building which combine with a classic drink bar.(adult only) if you would like to have a full experience of the premium steak paired with wine. You may have it in the same place. And of course, if you would like to bring the high quality raw beef back home and cook for your family they have another butcher in the gift shop.

Mine is a 5+ We checked in early and comfortably watched FIFA while relaxing after our long drive. The tv was large and easy to navigate. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room really clean. We travel with food and the room had a little fridge and freezer so I could reuse my ice packs. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Lots of good choices for breakfast too. Don't miss Bravo Land!

Bleach is definitely needed when doing laundry here. A big sign about how bugs are just "part of Mother Nature" in the lobby should have had me driving the next 3 hours home, but decided to risk it. A baby spider or flea, not sure what, landed on my phone while I was sitting on the bed. Praying we don't come home with bed bugs. Woke up to a giant cricket in the bathroom. Bathroom floor had definitely not been cleaned as I could see debris on it and stains. Dog urine stains in the corner of the main room and broken blinds. Kids were saying it smelled like wet dog. Breakfast is very basic- lower quality than other hotels I've stayed at. But they had waffles, fake eggs, sausage, white bread, mini muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee. Front desk guy was nice!

MANAGER, WHO CAN I COMPLAIN TO ABOUT THE BIRDS HAVING TOO MUCH FUN?…read more Seriously, this place is surrounded by abundant nature. Awoke to the most lovely birdsong. On the way to breakfast, stopped to admire a lovely bower of fragrant jasmine and roses at the pool and more birds hopped right next to me. Coming back from breakfast saw an incredible light show of lightning over the mountains in a May storm. Okay, about the room. Totally okay! Lil old but CLEAN. Checked for signs of bedbugs and, nah. The water in the shower was hot and the AC ran cold. The key worked a charm. Besides the birds heard nothing, not other guests, not the freeway traffic. In the middle of the night when we arrived, the desk clerk was beyond helpful and patient in helping me clear up the wrong date I had booked for. The next morning at six the exact same clerk looked fresh and was still very friendly. Breakfast was also okay! Raisin Bran, coffee, milk, juice, DONE. Seriously, the only Yelp review that helped in deciding whether to take this room was the person who's been staying here off and on for three years. As for the one-star reviewers: I want your life, you precious things.
