She was nice and said my hair was an experiment for her but when I told her I was not pleased she refused to refund me anything. While she only had a handful of reviews, they were all solid and of good substance. They were on the money! The first good sign was when she tucked my collar in before putting on the gown. Not everyone does it, but it's a really nice touch and says considerate, smart, trained, and professional, to me. She asked informative questions about the cut I had and what I wanted (second good sign). She made three or four phone calls in the process of my haircut. When I called to make an appointment, I was not informed that it was cash only and it was a holiday so I could not go to the bank and I had to pay a ATM fee and then when it was time to pay and leave, she did not have any change so I had to pay her more than I would have liked to. The Salon is located in downtown Roseburg and is really nice inside, very tasteful, great vibe. It was a bank so there is a vault that you go into when they rinse your hair . Sarah was super friendly and right from the start I felt super comfortable. She asked me what I wanted with my hair, and gave her opinion and expert advice and went to work and my hair turned out beautiful! Today, I had a wonderful pedicure with Anna. The gals at the front desk had amazing customer service skills and were so kind, Anna was amazing and did an incredible job on my pedicure, and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of calling to schedule an appointment over the phone with a receptionist who lacked customer service skills like last time.
