First my realtor simply needed info to submit an offer... Took multiple calls to multiple people and leaving multiple messages and emails to finally get a hold of someone who could help. Second they had NO IDEA there was an HOA so we had to go back and redo everything after MY realtor figured out there was an HOA. (to this day I still haven't received the HOA packet they were supposed to give me). I don't even want to get into how long the whole process took... After we finally moved in it took them over a week to come pick up their for sale sign and lock boxes so when I changed the locks I simply left the lock boxes on the ground still connected to the door handle. Bottom line: NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very caring, kind and friendly human being that really try to help in any way she can. Before we even signed an official contract to manage my duplex in leigh acres, she offered to come and look at my property condition. She sent me a lot of pictures and advices me about some changes. I took all her impute at heart and she even provided her own contractor to replace the leaking water heater in my unit. He was the most professional, reasonably priced and very quick to performed. I tried 2 other plumbers before him but they were much more expensive than he was. She saved me a lot of money: shopping to do & money in the process. It was very touching for me that she was so pro active, made sure to inspect the property before renting it out, and put very nice add with great pictures on the web sites. And gave me some great advice. After seeing all the amazing reviews on the social media about this company and her, it was obvious for me that I picked the right one to work with. Since I'm a long distance investor I had to chose the most trustworthy company that is timely, reliable and responsive. And she is definitely all that and more! Her knowledge about the market and professional advice was very valuable to me and I'll highly recommend her to any one who's looking for integrity, above & beyond service & prompt response! If I could give her 10 stars rating, I'll do it in a heartbeat! She's definitely deserves it in my book!!!

If you're looking for a company that will treat you like family while your either buying or selling .. Sonia Realty will be your best decision. Extremely Poor Property Management Experience - Fort Myers…read more Marshall Reddick did a very poor job managing my property in Fort Myers. I relocated to California for work (RTO) and left the property in August, giving Marshall Reddick full authorization to manage everything--including tenant placement and payment of utility bills. This was by far the most horrifying property management experience I've had, and I own properties managed in other states. Over several months, I was instructed to reduce my rent five separate times due to what they claimed was a "poor market," yet the company changed real estate agents 3-4 times without my consent. Each time, they failed to run the live Facebook marketing campaign they had explicitly promised. Most alarming, I was later informed that power to the property had been shut off for three weeks before Marshall Reddick notified me. I was told this occurred due to a lack of funds, and only after the prolonged outage was I informed of a potential microbial growth issue--a serious risk to the property that should have been addressed immediately. Despite providing a 30-day notice for non-performance, Marshall Reddick ignored the notice entirely and continued to demonstrate a complete lack of accountability, communication, and urgency. This experience showed a complete disregard for: Basic property oversight Timely communication Tenant placement execution Utility management Owner fiduciary responsibility I would strongly caution any property owner--especially those managing remotely--before trusting Marshall Reddick with their investment.
