Our buyer had a VA loan to say the least it was a pain in butt. Denise was at all the different VA inspections and followed thru on the results. Rather than just put a lock box on our door she showed up at all the showings to "sell" our house. This was a big help in explaining what our home had to offer. Everything was followed thru to the tenth degree. I would highl recommend Denise ,truly a hard working person who follows thru on everything.

Very caring, kind and friendly human being that really try to help in any way she can. Before we even signed an official contract to manage my duplex in leigh acres, she offered to come and look at my property condition. She sent me a lot of pictures and advices me about some changes. I took all her impute at heart and she even provided her own contractor to replace the leaking water heater in my unit. He was the most professional, reasonably priced and very quick to performed. I tried 2 other plumbers before him but they were much more expensive than he was. She saved me a lot of money: shopping to do & money in the process. It was very touching for me that she was so pro active, made sure to inspect the property before renting it out, and put very nice add with great pictures on the web sites. And gave me some great advice. After seeing all the amazing reviews on the social media about this company and her, it was obvious for me that I picked the right one to work with. Since I'm a long distance investor I had to chose the most trustworthy company that is timely, reliable and responsive. And she is definitely all that and more! Her knowledge about the market and professional advice was very valuable to me and I'll highly recommend her to any one who's looking for integrity, above & beyond service & prompt response! If I could give her 10 stars rating, I'll do it in a heartbeat! She's definitely deserves it in my book!!!

From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Mrs. Sonia and Mrs. Milta was professional. They were highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Mrs. Sonia came through with their commitment to excellence. Their negotiation skills were first-rate - they consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of - from arranging inspections to researching potential issues. Throughout our journey, Mrs. Sonia and Mrs. Milta demonstrated immense patience and understanding for my Dad and my dad being newly widowed it was a bitter sweet sell but she was so kind that it made this process so much easier. Whether I needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular parts, they took it all in stride. They went out of their way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding. We are beyond bless that not only did she help my mom and dad purchase this home 24 years ago but was their today to sell my dad's home, which was my mom's wish that Mrs. Sonya would be the one selling it since she was so good to them the first time around. If you're looking for a company that will treat you like family while your either buying or selling .. Sonia Realty will be your best decision.
