My girlfriend has been feeling a little "cloudy" I guess you can say & I've been to therapists before so I know how helpful they can be. I explained to my girlfriend that it can be scary - opening up to a stranger - but I promised her that it would make her feel better. She was in there for about an hour (the most anxious hour for me from the waiting room but thank goodness they have that soothing music playing) at around 6, Alyson came out to bring me into the room.
