When I inserted my coin the machine automatically locked and started saying count error then water started slowing going out not full . I then walked up to a black lady with pigtails and as I approached she gave me a angry dirty look and I told her something is wrong with the machine water is slowing coming out it's out of order . She then proceeded to tell me that it's not a full service machine and that the water doesn't fully worked on the machines which is a lie because I've been coming for months and sometimes the washers will be out and not work and anytime the black male or white lady has been here they were helpful .she proceeded to put her earbuds back in and then sit at the back table .i went back to the machine where it still said error and I called once again and she then jumped up angry at the world because she's at work and said it's because it's to many clothes .once again another lie . I've been coming for months and my clothes size has never been an issue .she then went to make a phone call and came back and said she was going to move me and that I had to split my clothes into 2 and that she would pay the 8 dollars . I wasn't mad about paying because like I told her I only got to insert a couple of coins and that i could move my clothes myself because u are throwing them everywhere mad once again because u have to work . She then starts running back and fourth paying for the machine that I didn't ask her to pay for but then still stating I'm wrong and that I need to split it between 2 which wouldn't be a issue but she can pay for All of it . She then says the white lady im assuming will be back after maternity leave and that the owner will be back tomorrow which I assume is the black male that I've met plenty of time.just a mad black ugly bitch .never come here the washer machines are broken and the mad black bitch will be upset cause she has to do her job . Called police and lied , threw my things outside and got mad when their shit got tossed on the ground . Just unprofessional and sad . Very embarrassing as a black woman . There is a better laundromat up the rd which is clean and they don't walk around with attitudes looking stank and pissy .for your OWN good don't come to this place . It will be closed down soon. Just a shit hole and the owners don't care what their employees do or say even if they call the police and lie saying you destroyed their property, I have proof that she turned my machine functions off and let my clothes sit then lied saying I used to much soap but my closed would've just been soapy not water and soap .the clothes never washed . The attendant immediately welcomed me and once I told her it was my first time, she walked me through the entire process from the different washing machine settings, to helping me load my card, to letting me know the dryers are free if you wash there as well. It was extremely clean and I was able to do 5 bags of laundry in an hour and some change. I would 100% go again! Large washers were $9+, medium was around $5+ and small was $3+. They also have wifi so I brought my laptop and worked. I will definitely be visiting again!

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.

This was the first time we hired Magik Touch. I met Jay the owner. Jay is a wonderful man, very nice, classy, very accommodating. I am so appreciative of a good person like him. The worst has been Sunny. I have noticed that they constantly upcharge on dress shirts, choosing to dry clean shirts instead of laundering them. When I asked about this practice, she refused to explain. She routinely gives a receipt that shows a total, but when I requested an itemized receipt, she became irate and refused. She claimed that "only her boss can see that and that I can go to another cleaner if I am not happy."
