It's one of the worst laundromats I know. There are always problems with the machines. The wash cycles don't work, I select hot water and extra rinse, they charge me extra, but there's no hot water, and there's no extra rinse. Drying is a similar issue; the machine seems fine, but after it charges for drying and starts working, it gives an "error." Sometimes it's due to the gas or because it simply doesn't work. Honestly, the owner should make an effort to keep the equipment in optimal condition so that the washing process is efficient. read more

Just keep driving. Ask a friend if they know of a good laundry mat that works late. Filthy, dramatic and thieves. For a place where you clean your clothes, this place is disgusting. A simple swipe across all the machines with a clean rag would make a huge difference but this place is long gone. I'm being serious when I say I saw a mouse run under a couch and into the crack that separates the washing machines. There's literally droppings everywhere. Don't use any of the vending machines, they don't even work. Half the washing machines don't even work. The single, one, sole attendant at this laundromat was a young lady who had zero control over the situation of a lady claiming the machine stole her money. Shouting battle inside but the young lady remained relatively calm in trying to explain herself. Zero way to reach the owners of this place apparently. Actually the lady who claimed she lost money mentioned that the lady working was previously fired but I can't really prove any of that as it was my first time here. Says you get a free dry with your wash but ... it's charging $0.65? It's not that I can't afford that but that was kind of the reason I came here in the first place, I thought that was pretty cool. The lady helped me to get the free dry but it looked like she used her own card to get it to work? I really hope they're not making this young girl pay for the defects and false advertisement on these machines.. anyways, police showed up and handled the situation. Good parking I guess? Nice amount of space and rest areas but I wouldn't sit on any of their furniture based off how she even cleaned the floors. I think she used plain water and the detergent that was spilled on the ground was her cleaning agent? Everyone else here who was a customer seemed to remain relaxed so I don't think these situations pop up often. I was a little worried when I saw a "any information for the arrest of..." poster by the driers, since it was referring to someone that entered this laundromat. Overpriced washing prices too. It's honestly not as bad as the reviews say. I always see employees cleaning, when I've called people answered the phone, if I need help the employees help me, and the prices aren't too bad. This is my go-to laundry mat. read more

ZERO STARS- I have been going to this laundromat for a couple months. Last Friday I forgot my original laundry card so I bought a new one and put $20 on it because they give you a free $3 credit. The new card does not work the kiosk say card does not exist. I left my name and number with the attendant for the manager to call me. It is two days later and haven't received a call. I wrote a message on their website and still no response. I will be disputing this with my credit card company. I understand failures happen but no call to resolve this issue has made me make my first ever post on Yelp. read more

Washers Beware!!! June 1, 2018 ..I was washing a load of white diapers and check the dryer for any kind of spots or anyting it was clean. Once they were dry I opened it up and saw blue ink all over it. I talk to an employee and she gave a message to the owners. I called again couple days later and she said she gave the message again to the owner. 13 days later still no response from the owner he doesn't care about anything but lining his pockets with money. His company has ruined over $1,000 worth of my cloth diapers. Stay away from this laundromat. 6/25/2018 My diaper sorted by soil levels and counted every time, so the Ink pen would not have been in my diapers. It's not good place when I start with them they said if I lose my card I can get my balance on my new card and when I asked the person over there to help he was rude and he said is not his responsibility to help me and he was drunk and not professional,, the owner spend all that money and can't find a better people to run than Landry, That's is so sad . read more

I've never had to use a laundromat before and I just called to see how it worked and what i needed to bring with me (i.e. quarters or whatnot) and the FIRST time I called the lady promptly hung up on me when I asked what I needed to bring. When I called back immediately I couldn't understand what she said so she set the phone down and walked away. I thought she must be grabbing someone else to speak with me but after about 5 minutes of listening to them having a conversation a few feet away from the phone she picked it back up and hung up again. Decent place. Has tons of machines and dryers. Very clean, and the the one staff member I saw was very nice. The only downside for me was the lack of WiFi, I would think that a place like this would have WiFi. All of that aside, it's a nice place to get your laundry done. read more

I really think that you're really poor establishment. I come from one laundromat that was real closer to me real convenient but the key phone screwing me over on my free drys. And hardly anybody was there I heard this place was better but it seems like this place is not much better! I am truly sorry that I came here s-seen to be a real good place like a seam in the beginning but it has gone downhill I don't want to come here no more! Unfortunately is Rook of me as to where I stay at an hours are great but other than that I don't know what to say about this establishment! I know there are people working here two shifts but I really don't know who the hell they are. They will double charge you and then no one will even be around when you go into the place to get it fixed. Smells weird. Extremely dirty chairs that shouldn't be fabric bc that's obviously unsanitary. Really annoying experience overall. read more

The staff keeps the place clean and for every $20 u load onto ur Laundry Max card, they give u $3 free! Plus u get free dry per wash!?? Cant beat that! It is worth the drive! read more

It was great! The attendant was very helpful, he helped me obtain a laundry card and figure out which dryers where free to use. I love have a laundry card, which you can add money from a debt or credit card - so much easier than lugging around a ton of change. And you get free dryer with each wash. I come here to do laundry often and though I like the fact that you get free drys and it's relatively cheap and clean, some of their employees are so rude and disrespectful. Last wash is at 9pm, which I am aware of and arrived at 8:45 and one of their employees harassed me saying over and over again that last wash is at 9 and saying "You only have 10 minutes to put your clothes in. You can't do this." As he's constantly saying this, he's standing about a foot/two away from me. I tell him that I understand and I am here before last wash so I have the right to wash my clothes, but he's still repeating the countdown. I ask him if he would step away from me but he refuses. I have to ask him 4 separate times to step away from me until I finally said "I am uncomfortable with you standing over my shoulder watching my every move. You're standing too close to me so please step away." Finally after my final attempts he steps away but I have never felt so disrespected and harassed at a business I constantly give my service. I understand if I arrived at 9pm expecting to do my laundry(which I have before being unaware of their hours and I respectfully left) but when I come before the last wash and you've already informed me once about the last wash, to sit and harass me even after I told you I'm aware and I'm uncomfortable, then something needs to be done about that. read more
