Very clean. They clean the washers by hand. Very friendly staff. I had a lot of laundry I it was under $20.00 for me.

I travel a lot by car and need to use laundromats. This one is the nicest, cleanest, with the most upto date machines I have ever seen. Roomy, with tables and chairs while you are waiting. Plus, The attendant, Sean, is diligent, helpful and the friendliest person I have encountered in Spokane. He said they are new owners, so if a review is over six months old, I would discount it! read more

Staffing was good ,bathroom clean and controlled machines good ,but still coin fed (old school) but well maintained, seating ok not that many ,some seating being used as homeless people seating point 2-3 people near both doors slightly concerned with personal property run off staff saying and doing anything about that ,all and all ok spot not the best due to patrons safety. read more

I've been a customer of this place for 14 years. This Friday I surprisingly met new owners. As usual dropp my clothes and came to pick up today Sunday. It was not folded like the prior owners did. No laundry smell. My kitchen towel were folded the way I brought them dirty. My socks gloves. Everything like was never washed. I'm sorry. Looking for another place to bring these same bag of clothes to be real clean. I'm so furious. read more

Wow don't know what happened to this place! New owners maybe? 60 to 75% of the machines aren't working and the ones that do are troublesome so staff had to keep coming over. I feel sorry for the staff they couldn't get new "out of order" signs up fast enough do every time you put your laundry in a dryer you have to move it to a new one because it was broken. Kudos to the staff for keeping their cool. OWNERS! Either fix your equipment or go out of business but you are frustrating us all! Too bad because this was my favorite laundry for years. Seriously I wish I could have given this dump zero stars! We are from out of town and needed a place to do our laundry since we're camping. When we arrived we thought it was a self run laundromat. No employees in sight...then we saw a cash register "unattended!". We needed help working the washing machine because the door wouldn't close then it wouldn't take coins. Another customer said almost ever machine is like that. Then we couldn't get the dryer door to close! The girl supposedly running this place finally came in from outside after our load was done and saw our frustration with the dryer and got "pissed" and put tape on the door...with an attitude! The entire place is filthy! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone! read more

While I have my own washer & dryer there have been occasions where I've needed to use a Laundromat. On our last visit here a couple weeks before Christmas, I was folding clothes when a man in his late 20's came in. He did not have any laundry with him. He walked over to my husband who was sitting at one of the tables reading, when the man tapped him on the shoulder. My husband looked up and the young man held his hand out, smiled and said Merry Christmas. He then handed my husband a $10.00 roll of quarters. The young man again smiled, turned around and left the building. My husband was speechless. I was almost finished so as we were leaving, my husband wanted to "pay it forward". He then gave the roll of quarters to an elderly woman that definitely looked as she could use them more than us. My husband handed the roll to her and too said Merry Christmas. She said "really?" He said "yes, really!" To which she had tears yet also had a huge grin. Many nice people use laundromats, not just renters or lowlife. This place has what we need at the time and the employees are fantastic! read more

The staff today was very rude and the majority of my clothes were still wet when I finally decided to call it and go home. The worker literally took part of my clothing out of the dryer instead of asking me to do it which I really don't appreciate. This place is dirty and rundown which I could have overlooked if the staff was nice but add rude workers and I'm never going back here again. read more

While I do have a washer and dryer at home, I need occasionally to use the laundromat. The extra capacity washers were reasonably priced but didn't seem to spin all of the water out of the clothes. I ended up spending more to dry my clothes than I did to wash them even though in took a quarter of what I washed home to hang dry. Please fix the washers so they spin out all the water. read more

Super clean, the lady who works here is awesome! So nice and friendly! While I was here a sketchy looking lady was washing her clothes, the employee came over and was talking about the importance of not over filling the machines.......wouldnt you know it a little bit later the lady started freaking out cuz her clothes came out wetter than they should have..... the employee was being sooooo nice, offered to dry them for free, but the lady kept making a scene.... saying she wanted a refund and and making rude remarks to the employee.......I will continue to come here, but this cutsomer is making it uncomfortable! read more

This place is disgusting. It was filthy and dingy. The washing machines and dryers are old and gross. The price to wash and dry are way too high for this rat hole. The clientele are just as disgusting as this laundromat, and they severely lacked any sort of couth. There was an older man in there that I noticed that behaved like a dangerous predator. I have NEVER been more uncomfortable and creeped out as I was on 12/13/2020. I will NEVER go to this deplorable place again. I normally go to Super Wash on West Second which is always clean, with courteous staff and customers. The homeless that roam in and out have more couth than those at that yucky Shade laundromat. I spent $80 at this trap, to do the same amount of laundry on West Second only costs me $40. I lived in the Shadle are previously for several years and cannot believe how gross it has gotten up there, especially with a cop shop right there. read more
