She is such an awesome young woman who take her responsibilities to every customer as if it's a family member! She's professional, knowledgeable, can trouble shoot just about any issues and is very genuine when helping customers. She kind, patient and very hard working. She's always plugging away at customers and businesses that drop off high volume orders and does it with a smile. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner a few weeks ago and was impressed with how well he speaks to his staff. They've been in the process of some remodeling and upgrading to new dryers, painting and improving the aesthetics. This is a locally owned and operated small business with 3 stores in total. The prices are fair and competitive! Thank you Tumble, Erica and staff for providing me with a quality experience! Sincerely, Julie A.
