But that was once, and hasn't happened for a long time, and we've never lost any clothes. Our clothes come back clean and folded nicely in easy plastic wrapped packages. The BEST part is: It makes it SUPER easy for our boys (10 and 8) to put their clothes away. The folks at Washed even separate the 8 and 10 year old clothes into their own piles, which is honestly a feat, because I myself have a hard time figuring out whose is whose. Washed is very convenient and I have had good response from their team, nothing like the experience of the other 1-Star review posted.
