I worked here for almost a year and seen the supervisor almost get into a fist fight with the FEDEX guy because HE was going into the drivers vehicle and the FedEx guy was telling him to get out of his truck. They will also give you the run around if you ask them a question. I literally asked the owner a question, who told me to go to the front office lady , who told me to go to the HR lady, who told me to to go to my immediate supervisor who told me to go back to the owner. I don't think anyone could answer any of my questions. It took me several emails to get ahold of HR for several questions. The icing on the cake? A week before Thanksgiving they let us out early and then never called us back into work for FOUR DAYS! I told my leader if they were letting me go or if I had to put in my 2 weeks notice. They never got back to me about my job. Very cool ! Don't work here if you're a male who is even decent at working because they will make you feel like you know absolutely nothing.

I had my kids with me and I was shopping for a wedding dress. Janice was very good with my kids and very patient, she showed me a whole selection of dresses and they were ALL so beautiful! I am not a size 2 by any means and was stunned to see that she had better dresses to offer me in my size for my budget! I had gone to 2 other wedding shops in Salt Lake City and was told due to my size that they were limited, and that was really discouraging.. Janice really made all my previous experiences go away and even with my wedding date approaching quickly and all the normal chaos that comes with it all; she really made my dress shopping experience very pleasant! She was very affordable and with the purchase of my beautiful dress and alterations it was $300.00 For everything! I almost bought a $1,800.00 dress that I didn't really like but was going to settle on, the dress I found here! Whew! I NEVER had that warm loving feeling, like, I felt so beautiful, and I never got that anywhere else until I put on the dress that I found at her shop. I called 25 minutes before Kopy Katz closed for the day and asked the staff member if she got files…read moreI needed them to get so they could print papers I needed printed. She said she got the files and agreed to me saying I was on my way. But then when I got there, she said she wouldn't be making any printouts because of the limited time was remaining (about 10 minutes). The store was still open, getting there just 15 minutes after I called and said I was on my way should be acceptable, and she agreed to me coming by. She then agreed to make the printouts, but she just printed out one paper apiece for each of the files. As the files themselves should have indicated, since Kopy Katz would want to increase their sales, and as there was going to be more than one printout for most of the files (reason would say that at least many of them would need more than one printout), it's mystifying to me why she didn't ask how many copies I needed. Also, there was time to spare after she made the printouts. Thus, her complaint about time even if the store wasn't open doesn't seem to have had a point. And more printouts could have been made even if she wasn't willing to stay open to gain more revenue/because the customer arrived before closing time and because it just so happened that the business/transaction wasn't yet complete, as stores routinely do in my experience.
