On install, there was a problem with one top piece of cabinet being completely uneven with the next, looking unprofessional. It was blamed on my hardwood floors being uneven. That may be the case, but a good closet contractor would have figured out how to make it even. The owner's son Noah was at the job site and promised to come up with a solution soon. In addition, they caused damage with 2 spots on my ceiling as they carried the materials into the house. Noah also said they would get that taken care of. I paid the remainder 50% the day of install, which was 11/2025. Total price paid was $4500 to do 2 sections of a walk in closet. Since then, I have called CBD twice, with their promises to call me back to schedule a repair date. They still haven't called as of today 1/9/2026. They also said on the phone that the damage they caused is not their responsibility. I did sign a contract that says "CBD is not responsible for damage to walls, floors or ceilings caused by demolition of tear out of your existing closet." A real contractor would make it right. Buyer beware. Their sales process is fine, but when there's a problem, there is no response.

I have been going to this laundromat for a few years during the previous and now current owners and…read morehave always had a good experience until the morning of 02/16/2024. Every time I go I use the same washers and the same dryers. on a previous trip I noticed one of the dryers wasn't getting hot and it shut off. I took as a one off incident and on 2/16/2024 I used the same dryers. The same dryer that shut off the last time shut off again and when touching the glass it was not as hot as the other dryers around it. I alerted the male attendant who I believe to be the owner that something is wrong with the dryer, it's shutting off and it's not getting hot as my clothes were still damp. Instead of taking accountability after I told him my personal experience, he proceeds to tell me that he's been around these machines for 400+ days and that the dryer shuts off when things stick to the sides to prevent overheating and fires. I told him I don't over stuff the dryer and he said it has nothing to do with over stuffing the dryer. He then tells me I can't go by the heat on the glass because it's thick tempered glass and you have to go by the feel of the inside of the dryer. He restarts the dryer for an additional 15 minutes and walks off. At the 4 minute mark the dryer shuts off again and I open it and per what he said I tested the inside of the dryer, I find that my clothes are cold and the inside of the dryer is also cold. I then opened another one of the dryers that I used that day and that had been off for at least 10 minutes and those were still warm inside. If a dryer is working properly clothes should come out warm NOT cold and the inside would be warm NOT cold and that wasn't the experience. So I went back to the male attendant to once again notify him that the dryer isn't working properly. His reply was "well dryers cool down before they stop and are my clothes dry and if not find another dryer". Yes in fact dryers do cool down before they stop but not with 4 minutes left on the timer and it's not a freezer it doesn't cool down to cold. Also asking me if my clothes are dry doesn't negate the fact that the dryer still isn't working properly. BTW my close were not fully dry. It's unfortunate that my personal experience and observation was dismissed along with the attitude and lack of accountability I received. Im not a liar and as a business owner if a customer is letting you know that your equipment is faulty why would you dismiss it and not look into it especially since you lowered the drying time from 8 minutes to 5 minutes per 25 cents and when the dryer shuts off randomly the timer doesn't stop it keeps counting. More money to you but a loss to the customer when a machine doesn't work properly. If you patron this establishment watch your machines!

Today this guy giving me such hard time about my card made me take money out of ATM than he claims he doesn't have change I have to wait for him to go to the store and is doing all these acting to the customer who always tipped here without him or her asking for anything but now he playing games with me thinking he can Outsmart me.
