We discovered Launch at a friend's birthday party, and now the Saturday morning toddler hour for kids 5 and under has become a periodic treat for us all. For a flat fee, we get to jump on the variety of trampolines and run around for an hour without any much bigger kids being around. Everyone has fun and it's a great place to meet up with a friend, too. Top the hour off with brunch somewhere nearby and it's the right way to start a weekend. This place is a giant ripoff. To start with, the lockers are a buck. A dollar for a locker??? C'mon... Secondly, if you're looking to steal a toddler, this absolutely the place you want to be. The staff are nice, but clearly underpaid, and not super interested in what they are doing. Third, it's crazy dangerous. Yeah yeah, I know it's a trampoline park, but as a lawyer, that used to be in construction, I was grateful we didn't leave bloody, as I saw some of the other kids. We didn't eat the food, but I can't imagine its at all worth the price. Finally, the arcade... OMG... wildly overpriced. This is usually the case with this kind of thing, but this place is beyond the pale. There are other places to take kids, that have similar attractions. Most are not in Ann Arbor. I brought my 9 year old niece here for her "adventure" Christmas gift. I bought the 1 1/2 hour with 20 arcade token package. She enjoyed jumping on the trampolines, climbing the wall, and trying to navigate the ninja course. I only saw 2 people who worked there.. the guy at the front desk and the guy working the concession stand. She loved playing the games and trying her luck at the claw games... some of the games weren't working but that wasn't a big deal. This was the first time at this place and to me it was a rip off. My husband and step daughter wanted to jump and climb the walls and that was 56 dollars. I wanted to play at the arcade, which only had 3 playable games.. the rest of them were having technical difficulties and we paid 35 dollars for that. I got to play a shooting game, a driving game and a claw machine... the other 10-15 games were out of order. Food was super expensive and cheap bottled water cost 3 dollars. Will not return.. Also, all of our "play cards" stopped working halfway through and we had to go to the front to get them working again. read more

I did not have a good experience. I had my older daughter take her younger siblings here. They were there for about 10 minutes before calling and informing me that it was too hot to jump or play. My daughter went and asked the manager for a refund. He refused. I came by to see if I could get anywhere with him. He informed me that the air was on 72 and it was fine. He was sweating his employees were sweating and fanning themselves. He still refused to offer a refund and asked me to leave and told me he was calling the police if I didn't leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Tried multiple times to reach the store by phone as I'm from out of state. No one answers the phone, no one returns calls, no one responders to messages. Paid for a party package. We got sat late, which then led to food coming out late. 3 pizzas came out over cooked and cold. Talked to the host and asked about our other three pizzas added to the order and she was confused. She brought one more and I cancelled the other 2. 4th pizza's crust was undercooked but at least it was hot. Saw the host of our party for introduction, when she brought pizza and that is all. Drink pitchers came out and were never refilled. Tried to speak to a manager, I was standing at the counter when the young man opened the code locked door to speak to them. All I heard from the room was "No, I'm not talking to anyone." As they laughed. There were three people hanging out in what I assume is the office. When the bill came I was charged for all the pizzas including the ones I didn't receive. Stood in line for 10 minutes as an employee was already being chewed out by another parent. The young man at the counter was able to help me get the pizzas I didn't receive off the bill. We cleaned up our area ourselves, and while packing out our decorations a you African American male with dreads and glasses was throwing our birthday decorations around that we were trying to get pack out. I did pay my bill so i fulfilled my obligations, confused to why this guy felt the need to destroy our items. It was a horrible experience, one table for 30 people was absurd. If someone would have answered the phone and explained these details I would have went elsewhere. The only reason we stayed is because they took a %50 non refundable deposit. Wow what a fun time for little ones! (and also older teens, I've heard. apparently they have DJ nites) There's a lot of different areas to jump and play around in, so little kids won't get bored of just jumping up and down. The dodgeball area would be soo much fun, even for adults! But it does wear you out pretty fast so it's a good workout for sure. For older adults (*ahem*) it may be hard on your lower back to be jumping around for a while. I'd say take it easy on the jumps and crash landings ;) The obstacle course is Very Challenging! And beware of walking on the tight rope - my dad fell onto it with split legs! Oops. Just fall over to one side. I really liked the music too - it was fun and upbeat, and not too loud. Super fun place for the whole family!! We had been to SkyZone in Canton and loved it. We were so excited to find out about this new establishment in AA. They have a lot of various activities beyond simple bouncing. There is a fun dodge ball court, three basketball hoops, a couple different obstacle courses, a version of a ball pit to fly into, and a rock wall. The staff was excellent. There was one woman in particular who was super friendly and made our youngest son's experience phenomenal. There is a small mini food stand, although we didn't buy anything there so I'm not sure about the selection or quality. They play awesome music with a live DJ. I took one star away because the music is beyond loud. It may sound like I'm just getting old, but if you're a parent there to watch your kids and want to carry a conversation, forget it. We joked that they need some sort of sound proof room for parents!! :-) Alternatively, taking the volume down just a couple notches would do the trick. All in all a great place to get a workout or just have your kids get there wiggles out! read more

The kids had fun for about 3 hrs. 7 yo and 11 yr old. It was nice to take a break from jumping to play arcades. Although some arcades took our tokens, the front desk was nice about adding the tokens back onto the card for credit. But there were probably 4 games not working. I took my kids club here during our winter camp last week, and they loved it! We spent three hours there playing their gladiator game, doing flips in their "foam pit", doing the ninja courses, playing dodgeball, etc. I love how I (as an adult) was able to play with my kids and join in on the good times, and they appreciated me doing so. The staff was friendly, attentive, and informative for any questions I had. It was a great experience, and inexpensive. I will definitely be bringing my groups there for our spring and summer camps! The trampolines were fun for the kids party. There were a lot of staff members there, but very few were working. Most of them were standing around talking. I waited half an hour and had to ask for our one water pitcher, for 16 people to get refilled. I asked for a second pitcher and they had none. I was told they would check on it and keep it full, they didn't. They gave us 10 plates, cups and napkins. We had to look around and find more. The soda that came with the party was one pitcher again for 16 people. Getting it refilled was a much of a task as finding someone to refill the water. The pizza was 20 minutes late. To sum it up, the games were fun. The staff was untrained and inefficient. The kitchen was understocked for the amount of people "not" being served. It was an unorganized mess. Love this place - well supervised by staff to keep my little jumpers safe from bigger kids. We've visited around 19 times and found the facilities clean and staffed with attentive workers. Love the the last few times we've been the volume level of the music seems to be lower. I like that they've got music playing but the volume can be obscene and I leave when a pounding headache and my ears ringing. If it was kept at a more reasonable level, I'd be more likely to oblige my kids endless requests to come and bounce! I was in-town visiting family and we decided to take my nephews to Airtime. I believe it's a pretty new location so overall it was very clean, ample staffing, and no wait times during our visit. There were plenty of options for everyone including but not limited to, 3 basketball goals, rock climbing wall, tight rope walk, ultimate ninja course, dodgeball, and free jump area. They have a small snack bar with basic drinks and snacks. We paid $16 for two hours of jumping including socks. Overall it was a pretty great experience. They dropped a star in my book because the waiver you must "sign" ask WAYYY too much info to include address, phone number, drivers license number, email... all items I'm sure will be receiving unwanted spam later. Took my nieces and nephew after purchasing a Groupon for one hour of jump time. This place is way better the sky zone has way more activities to do then only jumping there's rock climbing wall and and a whole obstacle course. They had a great time and so did I. This may be a great place for kids, but the staff currently seem super inattentive. I'm sure a serious injury is imminent and I am unlikely to return. I saw the same group of boys running through the ninja warrior style course many times (the wrong way - crossing thru the 3 paths) and never getting stopped. Kids falling on top of each other while more tried to cross the balance strap before the area was clear. Kids being told to do one thing, then that staff member disappears and another group do the opposite. Rules being enforced sporadically and inconsistent coverage of areas seemed to be the norm our whole visit. My child was hurt, but when I asked the staff to describe the landing - did neck/back hit first? (I didn't have a view of the pit from my angle) - they didn't even know my kid was hurt and hadn't seen my kid crying and in pain afterwards. I want to like this place, but their staff should not see themselves as babysitters but as lifeguards. read more
