Sandy, who runs the day-to-day is outstanding at customer service. She helped guide us to the things we wanted and didn't waste our time looking at what we didn't want. They did all the floors in our home - from the real wood in the living areas (can I just say, "Wow?), the plank tile (very pretty), in the baths, entry, and kitchen, to the plank wood look (also stunning) in our downstairs family room. Their installers are pros and the products are even more than we expected in terms of beauty and quality. I would never go anywhere else. They are now located over by iTech, tucked into the left side of that building. Go see 'em - it'll be worth your time and your money.

It is as if there is no protective coating. We feel like we live in a glass house. Jason said it was our floor cleaner that could have taken off the coating, we have only ever used Bona cleaner which is recommended in our paperwork. So, we cannot clean our floors? I sent photos but they were not clear enough, the flaws are obvious to everyone. So why will you not come to look at the floors? Corners are chipped and we spent a lot of money to buy quality flooring. The worst part is that they will not even look at the floors. After meeting the owner multiple times, I know it would only be filled with excuses. I have emails asking for help with no answers and Jason was supposed to come to look at the floors, canceled, and after asking when he can come back out, I get no reply. The floors have been treated like babies, we have never worn our shoes in the house and deserve better customer service than nothing. We wanted to purchase from a local small business, and it was the biggest mistake ever. When I asked for great quality flooring this was what was recommended. I will never forget the first time I called about our issues and the response was, " we have never had this problem with this flooring so I'm not sure what to do" not the type of answer you want from an owner. We are more than disappointed, we are disgusted and stuck with crap flooring throughout the first floor of our new home. So much for working hard to build our dream home. Save your frustration and time and go to Menards and you will get better quality. See photos of a few of the issues. Hopefully they are clear enough because they are not for Kleasners.
