And before this incident today, I will say that I was never fully impressed. More times than not, its out of change, always out of soaps amd wax and you find this out after your money drops. Anyways, several weeks ago I stopped to wash my personal truck. I had some items in the bed I wanted to throw away, and some things I wanted to put in the cab. Before I started the wash. I hadn't even started spraying my truck when a very rude man approached me, and began screaming at me. I will not put in writing the profane words, but it was bad, and very loud. He was screaming "you dont wash your "F______g" truck bed here, look what you did to the walls" i hadn't even started the time on the sprayer, and this man was attacking me about something I did not do. The more I thought about it, the more upset I got. So as I went to leave, i stopped and put a note on the door. I spoke my mind, and said how disturbing his approaching me truly was, and that if he'd have paid attention, he would have known i didnt make any mess because like I said, I hadn't started to wash yet. Now this was weeks ago.....just about 20 mins ago, I stopped to wash my truck and while getting change from the machine, when I am approached by the owner. He asked if I wrote the note, I admitted to it, and he got louder and started arguing about how his guy was right and.i had no right to wash my truck bed, blah blah blah. I folded my money up and turned to walk away, and he followed me, yelling and arguing that im lying and his guy didnt yell or use bad language. While we are walking , we approached his guy and said real loud "now he's claiming you yelled and swore at him in front of everyone" and his employee looked at him and said " i probably did". I stopped for a moment, and waited for him to apologize to me for calling me a liar, and causing a scene. Unfortunately, i was wasting my time, the owner did nothing to correct what had happened, he simply walked away from me quietly. I was so upset it happened in the first place, I just could not beleive how a grown man, a local business man none the less, handled the entire situation. Although his employee was the one who initially caused the problem, at least he was honest and admitted to swearing and assuming I had done anything wrong, but there is no excuse for how the owner handled things. This is the perfect example of how not to run a business, especially a run down, out dated car wash to boot, when there are dozens more around this area, and in far nicer condition and more state of the art. I have read all the reviews for this guys wash, and it isn't good, so I can clearly see I am not the problem, nor am I a valued customer to this hack. Steer clear of the classic wash. Beleive me, it isn't worth the change you'll deposit.

Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else. This was a decent place until they switched their…read moredrive through wash to a fully automated version. I made the mistake of using it tonight. As soon as I pulled up and paid, there was a gentleman who pulled up behind my car and asked if he could walk in quickly to retrieve his trailer hitch cover, which the carwash had ripped off. I told him of course. Little did either of us know that him walking in would trigger the door to close. He was nearly trapped inside for what would, no doubt, have been the most unpleasant shower of his life. (Assuming of course that he had never been to prison.) After he narrowly escaped being crushed by the door, he and I both tried to figure out how to get it back open, to no avail. He kindly offered to just pay for another wash for me, but even after he put another $12 into the machine, the door would still not open. I called the phone number that was listed on the machine for assistance. A bewildered male voice answered, "hello?" After confirming that this was in fact the assistance line for the carwash (no thanks to any initiative on the part of the operator) I explained the situation, and asked if anyone was on site to lend a hand. The answer was "no," and his only solution was to explain to me how to get the door open via an electrical panel that was clearly not meant to be operated by a customer. To the operator's credit, this did at least get the door open. Before hanging up I asked the operator if he could please refund the gentleman, who payed for the second wash, his $12. The answer was, "no, I can't do that, have a good night." I went through the wash, and when I got home I had to uncoil the garden hose to rinse the remainder of the soap suds off of my car. I thought that this was a very fitting end to the whole experience. Next time I think I will just skip straight to the part where I hose my car off in my driveway.
