I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. And I didn't even feel like they wanted my business to begin with even though I live close by. After I complained about the price he told me that they don't fix appliances, only diagnose the problem. I would have never had them come out if I had known this. We hired another plumber for a separate job last week and the service call was only $89. When I told him that Chapman had fixed an outdoor faucet for us about a year ago, he told me they didn't even do that right. Never again!!
