I have used Latchkey Pets multiple times to watch my dogs and ferrets while out of town, and they have done a fantastic job. They are always available to take care of my furry fam, even at short notice. Not many sitters will watch ferrets, and they have done a great job with them. As Ferret parents know, ferrets can take a little extra care, and Latchkey Pets has shown me they can provide the necessary care and spend extra time with them. Knowing my fur babies are in good hands, I have always felt at ease when away. Their sitters are skilled, professional, personable, and polite. They send daily pictures of my pets, which is fantastic to see how they are doing, and they keep a detailed log of what was done each day. I have used them for daily visits and overnight stays. I could not be more happy with the level of care and attention that my two dachshunds receive when I am away on travel. Jeanna and her entire staff have been nothing short of amazing. When I am gone I receive multiple texts throughout the day often including a photo of the "boys" that lets me know exactly how they are doing. They are extremely loving toward my two dogs and spend a generous amount of time with them on each visit. Then when I arrive home, there is a log of every visit, showing both the date and time, detailing exactly what my dogs did. I have owned dogs for decades, and this is the first time I felt truly comfortable leaving my small dogs while I traveled. They were negatively sensitized to strangers, as I had just finished remodeling in my home that took months. The noise and people coming in and out made them very cautious. I was very impressed with the initial visit by Jeanna and the three wonderful ladies who would be caring for them. It was so nice to meet each one who would be in my home and rotate care. They really listened and worked to get to know the dogs and their routine, and I was provided with a schedule letting me know who would visit when, I received daily texts while I was gone, sometimes with a photo or video, and received a log detailing each visit when I returned. I was notified immediately of a safety concern I was able to remedy, and it was evident that they quickly established a warm and trusting relationship with my little ones. I appreciate their patience, knowledge, concern and professionalism. I will absolutely call on them again, and now have a sense of freedom regarding traveling that I haven't had before.
