They not only took good care of our two cats, they fed and watered them, watered the plants and took in the mail. They like animals and our cats received daily socialization in our home during our absence. Even though it had been a while since we used their service, Jayne remembered us and was pleased to accept our return visit. She came over before our trip to get the keys and to meet our newest cat. The other cat had passed since we last used their service. Jayne was also able to become acquainted with Miss Pooh. Jayne and Larry are great, Larry fed Mr. Bub cat treats and made an instant friend for life. We most recently used Fidos & Felines this past week and just arrived home early this morning to find our mail neatly stacked ready to read, a nice note from Jayne and Larry telling us about their week with our cats. Jayne texted us during our vacation to give us updates on the cats and we were welcome to do the same, if we wanted information about our fur babies. What I most appreciated was the peace of mind knowing that my cats were in good hands, being fed, having their boxes scooped and that someone was keeping an eye on the home front. I totally trust Jayne and Larry and would recommend Fidos & Felines to anyone looking for pet care in their own home in the Lee's Summit area.

They charge you for every single thing , you literally have to pay extra just for someone to hold or cuddle your dog, and if you don't pay for "outside time," your dog stays locked in a cage almost the entire day. The facility isn't even clean. They don't train their employees at all, which is exactly why they're always short-staffed, management has changed, and people keep quitting left and right. For a place that calls itself professional, it's insane how many dogs cough up blood while they're there. Do not take your dog to this place. It's not worth the money or the risk.

I simply have a maine coon cat their the groomer did an extremely good job (Pam) . After a recent physical altercation between the groomer and then manager a new manager was identified. The physical altercation was very alarming. It seems the arrested prior manager and the current manager may be over 21..not sure. My vet said that he did not want to give the flv shot, unless my cat was being boarded with other cats. The new manager said NO WAY WILL be now groom your cat without this shot. The vet said--Then they are not doing their job. Cats being groomed should not be interacting with other cats. Too bad, I found such a good, seasoned groomer working for managers that have no sense of logic or customer service.

I was satisfied with this Vet for a few years because we usually see a regular Vet for my animals…read more This was until they just changed Vets without our knowledge. My dog fell off the bed and wasn't walking on his hind legs is why we rushed him to Green Summit. Instead of putting my dog on a stretcher they made my husband walk him into their facility. He was wobbly and fell twice on the hard floor before my husband picked him up and they put them in a room. When we called we informed them of our dogs condition and he couldn't put any pressure on his hind legs. He should have been put on a stretcher from the car to get seen. So the new vet came in (a Man with tats on his head) and they misdiagnosed him with an ACL injury and sent us home with steroids and pain pills. No Xray or tests were done. By that night our dog was completely paralyzed from the chest down. We took him to another vet and they said he definitely had a spinal cord injury. which should have been correctly diagnosed from the beginning. After a week of my doggy paralyzed he was no longer urinating, we called around town to see if we could get him in to release his bladder, and Green Summit was the ONLY one who could get him in. So again we took our dog to this vet. The same vet came in but this time not as a man, but as a woman in a wig and a stuffed bra on. He gave us the most vague answers on what we needed to do, so he referred us to an emergency vet. A $400 bill for them to recommend him to a different vet. We got to the emergency vet and after an hour they came in with horrible news, Diesel couldn't be fixed and was living in pain...we had to put my 6 year old guy to sleep. WHY DID YOU HAVE MY DOG EVEN ATTEMPT TO WALK INTO YOUR FACILITY??? We told you over the phone he had no movement in his back legs. I know he was probably wasn't able to be fixed, but with the right diagnosis maybe he wouldn't have suffered for a whole week

Over a month, we were making daily trips to Green Summit, then every other day, then a weekly visit while we waited for one of her puncture marks to close. Every vet that helped us was so thorough and so kind. Our dog also has Cushing's (which was diagnosed by Dr. Sbisa in 2020) and we wouldn't even consider going someplace else because they know her well and treat her well! I'm so tremendously thankful for Dr. Sirna, Dr, Sbisa, and Dr. Schaeffer- they all had a hand in helping my Winnie get better!

Today was the absolute worst, and the LAST time we will use Honey B's services. They assured me my groomer was available, and that they had my preference card. When I arrived, I was informed that my groomer had quit, and they had all new staff. I reiterated my preferences (shave down, poodle toes, schnauzer face and beard). I was called for pick-up and had to send her back because she wasn't shaved down. When she came back out, I sent her back again because her feet weren't done. When she came back this time, they had cut her beard off and she no longer has a schnauzer face. I am so disappointed. After I got to the car, I realized that I paid him cash and that he didn't give me my change. I returned in, and the lady said she needed to call the owner before she could give me my change. Are you kidding me?? Worst service ever. Worst grooming ever. This will NEVER happen again.
