The bouquet that was delivered to my mother for her birthday is beautiful! I'm so impressed with the polite and prompt service too. My order was placed online the night before so I called the following morning to confirm it all went through correctly. The associate who I spoke with was so nice and assured me it would get to her by that evening between 5 and 7. My mother reached out to thank us for her flowers at 1:45, well before the estimated delivery time, mentioning how beautiful the arrangement is and the delivery man was very courteous despite the frigid temperatures outside (polar vortex). My husband sent me an arrangement for Valentine's Day. When it arrived , he stated that it was supposed to have roses in it. He looked it up online and it did not have any of the flowers in it that were pictured or listed in the description. It did not have a single rose or lisianthus or alstroemerua. Instead it was an arrangement of carnations and daisies. He called and was told they got slammed and ran out of the proper flowers. So, they substituted. No call to him or anything. They did offer a 30% credit. Really? You substitute with cheaper product and hope the customer doesn't notice? Really makes me question their business ethics. Really can't recommend. Really ruined what supposed to be a nice gesture. read more

Do not pay for a premium arrangement, they will barely deliver a basic one, regardless of the upcharge, they will take your money and deliver a small something that vaguely resembles what you thought you were getting based off their advertisements. (this isn't even about color or type of flowers, its about expecting 40 roses and receiving less than a dozen) We have used them for years, never really satisfied, since they have made the same mistake several times, but unfortunately the options are lean in the area. After multiple attempts to contact this business, it is clear they do not care since they had already taken the money. read more

Above and Beyond Beautiful. Not being able to travel "back home" to see my parents due to Covid and state wide stay home orders. I decided to order flowers for my mom for her 82nd birthday. Instead of using some national 800 number or website to order, I went directly to the website of a local florist in her home town. They had a quick turn around time between order and delivery (1 day) arriving the day before my moms birthday. And when my mom sent me a photo of what she received, I was blown away. It was 10 times better than the photo on the website. So impressed and will use them again for sure. I would 100% recommend them. read more

The arrangements have always been BEAUTIFUL, and the prices very reasonable (they are always willing to create something in the price range you tell them you can afford, and they have always been very very pretty). It has always been clear that no matter who took our order, or arranged it took pride in their work! For many years I was the one who ordered flowers for any occasion in our large family, and Lasting Expressions was the only place I was, and still am willing to order from! If there has ever been any questions or concerns about an order, they have always been right on top of doing what was needed to get it done right, every time! Decided on this florist, after reading the other review. Unfortunatly, there is zero communication between those that take the phoned in orders, the florist that do the arraingments and the drivers. I was promised a morning delivery, when it's did not happen I called 3 additional times and got different answers each time. Also the flowers were not deliver in the morning, they were not even delivered at noon... thus my total disappointment.... I have not scene the arraingment and the person I sent them to, Unfortunatly will not see then now, until tomorrow...... total let down.... read more

I have ordered flowers from here on two different occasions and the quality was great. However when trying to deal with them when ordering flowers for my wedding I found them to be completely frustrating. So much so that I decided to go to a completely different florist. My guess is they preferred dealing with locals so if your local great buy from them but if you're not stay away. read more
