When we went to pick them up, they weren't there... they hadn't even moved the order sheet off the table in the 5 days since. We were pissed. We had to catch the last boat over to the island so we had no time to stay and wait. That's where Flowers By Josie came in. The flower shop felt terrible so they called FBJ and asked them to make a bouquet and corsage for us as we drove up. Even though they were going to close soon, within 2 hours, they had the most beautiful arrangement of flowers for us when we arrived, 10 minutes to close. They were the best arrangement of flowers I had ever seen and they had them gently packed into a box with a cover for us so the flowers wouldn't be destroyed by wind on the way over to Mackinac Island. The woman that was there was so patient and sweet to us and was so willing to help us in any way she could. Four days later, my grandma was still wearing her semi-wilty corsage around town and still had her flower arrangement in the window of her house. She was so happy and said it was one of the most beautiful arrangements she had ever seen as well. I'm super thankful for Flowers By Josie for saving the day and stepping up after the other flower shop's mistake. And they certainly made my grandma feel special.

I am MORTIFIED, ABSOLUTELY MORTIFIED, that this was delivered in my name. It looked NOTHING like the sample shown. I acknowledge an exact replica of what was ordered may not be possible but what was delivered is not of equivalent size or floral substitutions. I spent near $200 dollars (including tip) on what looks like a birthday bouquet! I am so thankful a family member took a photo of the flowers and sent it to me.
