Last Mile Marin had its Grand Opening a few months back. I've been a customer for many years since their store was located on Van Ness Ave, now located on Octavia in San Francisco. The Marin location being slightly closer for Eastbay residents. The customer service is always top notch at Last Mile. My main man Jake in San Francisco has been helping me with my electric scooters for years, and most recently today I had the pleasure of working with Marcos and Jason. Mini Motors is having a sale on their website which Last Mile will honor. The team of Marcos and Jason spent two plus hours with me setting up my new electric scooter. Helping me understand how to use the app, charge it, etc. There are so many tech features and gadgets on these electric vehicles these days, it takes a lot of time to learn. The biggest positive in buying at Last Mile, a brick and mortar store, is that these electric vehicles eventually will need maintenance and repairs, and Last Mile will take care of you. Need new tires, they got it. New battery or charger, got it. New brakes, got it. And since I'm not particularly mechanically inclined, having them available is great. I'll be a life long customer. Or at least a customer until I'm too old to ride. read more

Terrible experience. Had my kid's e-scooter for 2+ weeks and haven't checked in once. I called 3 times to get an update and the first time it was "in the queue," second time "they couldn't find it," third time they "promised to call me" and of course no call back. What a joke. Terrible customer experience. I still don't know if they have the scooter, where it is in the queue, and what the diagnosis is if they even have it. read more

Finally a ebike store that does repairs. We took our son's ebike into the San Francisco shop to fix a flat tire only to find out they were about to open one in San Rafael! Well, now they're open! They sell ebikes, escooter and eboards as well. Check them out. The only tough part is finding parking nearby. It can get really busy on Francisco Blvd. read more

Start and end your search for an electric bike or scooter here because they are the very best! Marcos and Yeison are a power team full of knowledge, expertise and are just a good time! Not only did these guys listen to my needs, they helped me figure out what features are important to me and then found the perfect option in no time. I was ready to roll out of there the very next day after they made some minor adjustments and added my chosen accessories all right there on site. My Super 73 looks so rad with the added turn signals they recommended. That would never happen when you blindly buy something online! Got another flat, even with the upgraded tube liner! This one was unavoidable, the nail was large and punctured everything. I love this place, these guys take serious care of my bike. That's why I go back every single time. I get awesome service and a I feel they give much more attention to my bike than the Toyota dealership when servicing my truck. Got the bike back within 3 business days and it was clean. I brought my Super 73 home and carefully inspected it for dents, knicks, scrapes. Everything was perfect, no marks on my rear rim or anything. They wiped the bike clean for me and dressed the tires. Even charged my battery. Feels great to do business here. Just got my son's 1st e-bike from there today, and could not be happier with our purchase but most of all the service we got. Walking in not knowing anything about e-bikes ( my son knew a bit) the guys working there were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Never felt like they were "salesman" or pushy. Just like a couple of guys who love what they do answering our questions and helping us out. If I asked about a part to add on they would say " oh that's ok but you don't really need it" or present me with that would be helpful or safer, but never pushy. Great shop and even better staff. My son had saved for a Super 73 for over a year and it was a big deal to him to go to a shop where he could leave with the bike. I was nervous because it was a big purchase and I wanted to make sure we were getting the appropriate bike for my son's size and age. Marcos & Yeison were wonderful.
