STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS to avoid headaches. Hired them to do our windows. Really no complaints…read moreso we hired them for other jobs. Siding was not bad but the metal roof was a disaster. Every job is sub contracted out. When we called to complain we were lied to time after time. Roofers damage things. They did a lousy job of sealing and when we would call -our calls were ignored or Joe would act stupid and ask us for our address. Really you were only here 8 or 9 times. Complaints are too numerous to list. This so called company wasted enough of our time.

I've employed Jarret 20+ times to work on my house inside and out…read more I have Seaco windows, they rotted and so did the sliding glass doors----------tons of money, I had another company replace all to the tune of over $20,000. The replacements continued to leak and they leaked like a waterfall. Jarret came, spent one day, caulked the windows, all are now perfect, not one leak. I am so very grateful to have Jarret and his skills in my life, but first, let's talk about his character. Jarrett is honest as the day is long and he is the MOST intelligent young man I have ever met. He seems, almost ALL the time, to know how to fix, repair, replace ( and does so with a sensitivity to your dollar being spent) ANYTHING, and I mean anything. Afterward, I never have any trouble. If, (and it is rare) that, he does not have the answer he searches and researches the answer to locate the best fix, replace, replace. Jarret wants to please and works to do so. My father used to say that when one works in your house and cleans up after themselves, that is the mark of a good tradesman and one who cares. Jarrett always leaves the area spotless. He is sensitive and really cares about doing the very best job. I've owned Door Count Realty, Inc. for 34 years and am a very busy REALTOR. Not bragging and just stating that as a very busy REALTOR, I have many buyers and sellers a year that need the skills in which Jarett possess. I have referred him over and over again, and all I ever hear is how grateful the client is to have received his name to assist them. I will continue to refer Jarret. Connie Erickson

I had to put Jarret's visit off twice because the lake flies were so thick, we couldn't open a window for even a second. Fortunately, he had some flexibility and could accomodate our schedule. He did a expert job and the windows operate like new. He also addressed an intermitent leak at our sylight. We were building/installing a new custom door and ran into trouble when we discovered that the door was warped, so we called Jarret for help. In addition to the warp, there is a difficult transition between the inside of the house and the porch that was a challenge. i.e. not a transition that a regular threshold could solve. Jarrett built a custom threshold and trimmed out the door in a way that conceals all the problems. We were impressed beyond words. Jarret is detail-oriented perfectionist. An excellent choice for complex projects. We give Jarett our highest recommendation.

My home was just listed for sale when a torrential rainstorm caused a leak on a roof stack pipe…read more It occurred right before Memorial Day weekend and I and my friends who were helping me out, since I'm in Florida right now, had great difficulty in locating a roofer or contractor to attend to the repair and the interior ceiling damage in a bedroom. My neighbor gave me Lakeview Property Solutions number and I called the owner, Chuck, and the next day he was at my home and beginning repairs. It was great just to talk directly with him and not get a voicemail when I called his number. He finished the repairs including sealing the leak, replacing insulation and ceiling drywall, painting entire bedroom, and painting two additional bedrooms within three days. His quote was very reasonable. Chuck was super professional and his finished work exceptional. The first buyers who toured my home after the repair and painting made an offer at full asking price. So Chuck was a port in the storm of trying to find someone to help me and he was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. He's a licensed, insured contractor so is skilled and a professional. I will definitely ask for his help again if I need it.
