I basically wanted to explore some options for bonus audio material including a group performance and recording my narration of the story to upload to Spotify. The meeting was on time, correspondence leading up to the phone conversation was great, and the person I talked to seemed to know a lot about what might motivate my target audience. That said, I didn't enjoy the consultation itself. As an artist, for me, there's more to the creative process than just talking about logistics. I don't think that this studio is the right fit for my project. That said, I wish Timeless all the best. They're clearly a good fit for other artists.

We hosted our wedding here Labor Day weekend, and the entire day was flawless. I mean flawless too, as Jennifer and Mandie run the Redmoor as a well oiled machine. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely unreal. The drinks were always perfect. I never had to ask for anything on my wedding day. I have a flair for the dramatics and not once was I told "no" or "we can't do that." I had a vision and the team truly brought it to life. I cannot tell you how important it is to hire vendors who love their job, and truly care. That is what you get at the Redmoor. A team so closely knit and proud of what they do. The Redmoor is an incredibly special place full of history and good vibes. We filled the space with strings, a live band, and burlesque. It was magical! I am telling you from the bottom of my heart that there is no other place that could've executed my wedding day as perfectly. Shoutout to David for being my personal attendant the entire wedding and always making sure I was hydrated and looked after! That was the nicest service!! As for the details, let's start with the food. When they say "scratch kitchen" they mean it. Myself and several guests are vegan and vegetarian, and when I brought this up initially, I was treated with no huff or sort of annoyance. Instead, Jennifer assured me that they make great vegan food and it won't be a problem at all. They weren't kidding. Half of our wedding food was vegan. Our guests didn't even know. I can't tell you how many people had the vegan Ceasar salad and meatballs and never knew they were plant based. The chefs absolutely slayed every dish. Do you know how many weddings I've been to that the food was terrible? Cold? Overcooked? Bland? Not at the Redmoor!!! Our guests were stuffed and still went back for more. Pro tip: get the Buffalo chicken egg rolls. Get more than you think you need. You will eat 4 to yourself. The bar was seamless and drinks were always perfect. I even sent in a custom cocktail list for them and Jennifer said she'd make it happen. She even found little umbrellas to put in my husbands drinks because I mentioned an inside joke that he will always order the cocktail that has an umbrella. This is the above and beyond service that just comes naturally to the Redmoor. The AV tech was fantastic. He did a great job with the sound and lighting. The space felt so immersive and cozy. Overall I cannot say enough positives. Weddings can be so stressful and expensive. We truly saw every dollar at work at our wedding. Honestly, it felt so luxury. We were deeply cared for and given such an amazing day. I cannot thank the team enough. I have to tell everyone about them. I have to have another party at the Redmoor. Everyone deserves to be taken care of like we were. Jennifer, thank you for everything. You are THAT girl. Big love to you all

We ending up having to postpone due to Covid until December 2021 (almost an entire year!). Throughout the entire process leading up to the actual ceremony and reception he was so flexible and was really a helping hand when we felt a little lost. The day of the wedding, Kevin was so organized and knew exactly what he was doing. It ran so smoothly from start to finish. His son, Owen, is a phenomenal cellist and played our ceremony. He made my dreams come true! During the reception Kevin was a great DJ and MC. He was so fun and every single one of my guests was on the dance floor! We infused some Bulgarian traditions into our reception and it was like Kevin had done it a million times before. It was the most perfect day and more fun than I ever imagined. We had a reservation and arrived but were not greeted or asked about our reservation at the host stand for at least 20 minutes for no apparent reason. We finally got to our booth in which that wasted time on their end counted into our 90-minute session. We ordered a few drinks which were fine. We played some darts which is very fun and they have such a cool system which we all enjoyed. This is the only reason for not giving a 0/10 rating. The servers never came back to check on us again and we pressed the "food/drink service" button many times to no avail. We went to the bar after 20 minutes of waiting to be told that the server would be over shortly. This took another 10 minutes. This happened on BOTH of our occasions of ordering. We then split the checks and left. They "weren't able" to give us receipts either when our bills seemed absurdly high ($400 for 5 people in 1 hour). Later, we found they charged us once more for some other ghost charge we never figured out. We tried to call the next day to again ask for a receipt or itemize the charges for us but they told us they were "too busy" (11am on a Saturday doesn't sound like a busy time either). We called again later with no answer. We left it at that and took our losses. Obviously, we hated our experience. Please do better. I haven't had an experience like this in Cincinnati in my 4 years of living here.
