If you are considering this treatment you will not be disappointed! I was hoping to treat my stress incontinence. I have had 3 pregnancies with one being a twin pregnancy. I would try to do kegel exercises but my pelvic floor was so weak that they were actually difficult to do. After Votiva my pelvic floor is so much stronger and I can do kegels without any problem. Although the bladder issues were my reason for going in I have also been very happy with the huge improvement in the tissue laxity I had. It has greatly improved my intimacy with my husband. I wish I would have done this sooner, I didn't know I was missing out. The treatment itself is not painful at all. There is no down time. I was made very comfortable during the process and did not find it uncomfortable or embarrassing to have the treatments done.
