On a Sunday evening, I started making calls to schedule someone for Monday morning. When I called Vectors, they actually answered the phone! He said he was booked on Monday but could send someone out in the evening. I needed service before then! Long story short, he rearranged the schedule and got a technician out to my house by noon on Monday. The technician, Roman, was quick to diagnose and repair the oven. Great customer service. When he finished, he cleaned his work area and left no mess. The only reason I knew he was there is because my ice maker worked. He even went above and beyond and cleaned my refrigerator evaporator coils at no additional cost. Also he asked me to follow up with him on the status.
