My wind shield washer squirter was not working after I refilled it with fluid and potential starter working issues. The horn had a 10 amp fuse in it instead of a 20 amp fuse, it did have power however the horn was the original one so he replaced it with a new OEM one from the Ford dealership. Nothing wrong with my starter. He educated me on a quirk with Fords sometimes that there is often times depending how you park it on a curve that the key will not turn. The windshield hose had come loose, probably a squirrel as we have many here. Paul was extremly reasonable with his price for the horn replacement and labor. His son Nathan was also very courteous. I will go to him again in a heartbeat. I am not a fan of Susanville Ford for prior bad experience. Thank you Paul and Nathan!

I was concerned because I could smell propane especially when driving . I'd did a thorough test of all my lines and the propane tank in my Skoolie bus. It came up with nothing. Then I asked about a couple leaks on the roof of my bus. He went up and then asked if I felt comfortable enough to come up so he could show me what needed to be done. He was slammed all day so he couldn't. I very much appreciated him squeezing me in and seeing g about another issue at the same time. When I left the park, the rotten egg smell was there again. I ended up turning around and going directly to his shop. He went next door to a mechanic there that he knew and that mechanic came out, crawled under the front of my bus and said from what he could tell there was some diesel leaking at the filter. He couldn't do the job as he too was so busy. I was happy that we were getting g closer to understanding where the written egg smell was coming from. My next step is a diesel mechanic. Further investigation online, I am relieved it's not in my head but something under the hood. My next review will be the repair on my sweet bus!! Both men took time out of their busy day to look and I was charged 100$ for JDs time but he spent an hour and then another 20 mins at least to call in a mechanic and trouble shoot the problem after realizing it wasn't a propane issue.
