The venue I chose had no dishes, table cloths and glasses. I had to bring everything in. Haffey of course would be able to provide all. After discovering it was $15 to rent a single table cloth I decided to buy them for $5 a piece instead. I brought my own alcohol l, desserts and dinner plates as well. Haffey's provided all food and appetizers and staff. They appeared to be very helpful at first but things went South quickly. They put out appetizers to early.my guests were eating and drinking before the service. The bride and groom did not even see the appetizers. Then while the bridal party was still outside with the photographer. The salads were being served. The food was ok. My chicken was very dry. Several guests said the same thing. I felt They were under staffed. I purchased 25 bottles if Champagne but they never brought champagne glasses. I was told it was my fault for not asking for them. The plates I brought were restack dirty in boxes and I was charged $75 for them to re-box dirty plates. He later offered a credit back but I never did receive my check. The ceremony was outside next to the venue. I had 3 of my guests help move chairs inside the venue. I ran out of alcohol but the never left or showed me the empty bottles. (they are supposed to) By the way.... The only other rating on here is A woman named Tiana. She works for Haffey's Catering. I could go on.. I would not recommend

On top of the owner promising to arrive at one specific time then texting me later to express that she would arrive 30 mins later, she was just very unprofessional. Per the quote she agreed to provide items that never even made it to my shower. The pineapples on the charcuterie display were rotten, the display was supposed to measure at 4 feet and she missed the mark on that too. She also agreed to provide stainless steel chafing dishes and expressed that she didn't provide those because it was too far of a distance to walk, so she made the executive decision to provide foil pans. As a black woman i believe in supporting other black businesses and even after someone advised me not to patronize Next Level Catering i continued in my pursuit. I tried resolving the matter but she refused to accept accountability. I would NOT patronize this small business! Save yourself the headache and contact another business.

The food was very tasty, including delicious waffles, the best and crispiest bacon we have ever eaten, and a range of delicious breakfast-centric appetizers. We worked with Tawny for most of our time wedding planning, and she was quick to respond to emails, on-time to meetings and calls, and very knowledgeable. She offered helpful suggestions when we had questions/concerns and was overall excellent to work with. After Tawny's departure from Normandy, we also worked with Stacey later in the process. She was also quick to respond to emails and was very helpful in scheduling some in-person meetings when we had limited availability since we lived out of the area. She was also excellent to work with and was very fun during our linen selection process. We found the prices to be similar to those of the other approved caterers for our venue. We did find that the prices were not negotiable, so the rates were quoted stayed the same. But the prices were not overall unreasonable. During the reception, the Normandy staff were absolute pros, for the most part, going out of their way to make things run smoothly. One small complaint we heard from guests was that the waiters were very quick to grab people's drinks if left unattended for a moment (despite us providing coasters that said "don't take my drink, I'm dancing") and did not refill waters quickly, but beyond that, everything went well. As the bride and groom, our water glasses were always full to the brim and no one took our drinks unless they were empty. We'd especially like to shout-out the managers at our reception, who definitely went above and beyond. We would like to sincerely thank Susan, who kindly noticed that the bride was extremely hot (because the venue was warm) and jumped in to resolve it. She really advocated for us and our guests, and we cannot thank her enough.
