They send out 10% coupons for "any service". When scheduling the appt I asked if I can use the coupon and I was told yes. AFTER the procedure the owner says the coupon doesnt apply to eyebrows. When I showed her the "any service" she said they were automatically generated and she didnt know what they actually say. When I told her the receptionist told me I can use the coupon she said the receptionist didnt know. I'm not sure how its my problem that the owner doesnt know how to run her own promotions or train her stuff. Very unprofessional. As far as the eyebrows go, they look good. HOWEVER the place is loud and definitely not a relaxing spa environment. The girls who work there talk loudly the entire time and whoever is doing your lashes/eyebrows is screaming directly into your ear for 2hrs. I left with a migraine. read more

Lily and her team are so accommodating. I had a change in my schedule, appointment was originally for 12pm and Lily messaged me asking what time worked best for me. She was able to fit me in for a time that worked best. I have been getting my lash lift and tint here for over a year. DO NOT GET A LASH LIFT FROM HERE. Based on the tiktoks and instagram, I was excited to get a lash lift from here. However, the person who did my lash lift overprocessed them, ruining my eyelashes completely. I'm sure their other services are good and they seem like nice people, but there are less expensive places that do a better job. read more

I scheduled an appointment online the day of, 2 hours ahead of time for a haircut and eyebrow styling/tint. When I arrived, I discovered the technician I booked with was not in today. The owner herself, Lily, took over and took care of me so that I would not be waiting. Lily's service was amazing, and all of her recommendations really helped my hair. I have thick wavy hair, and she recommended an additional hair treatment to assist in keeping my hair moisturized in the fall (my hair feels amazing). 10/10 would recommended & will deff be returning. read more

I would like to start by saying I truly never write reviews however I was truly disappointed with this establishments customer service. I have been getting my eye lashes done for 5 plus years. I have recently moved into the area of this establishment and thought I would try it due to convenience. I have gotten my eyelashes done at this place about 5 times in the past year. When making an appointment I am given the appointment date and time, the receptionist confirmed my time and date and that was that. I arrived to the establishment and I am told that my eyelash technician is not available and that I will have to wait for her to finish up with another client. No worries for me, things happen and as I stated I have been getting my lashes done for 5 plus years which makes this service very important to me. I waited and got my lashes done when the technician completed her client prior to my appointment. I was a little upset that they do not have the capacity to properly schedule their clients to fulfill the appointments properly and promptly. I chose to go to a different place after this experience, however my technician went on vacation and I booked another appointment with lash me lily. When I was at work I called them to confirm my appointment because I wasn't sent a normal confirmation message which they normally have automatically generated. When I called they stated I didn't have an appointment for that day and the owner quickly put my appointment in for 7 pm which was their error due to the fact the owner initially booked the appointment. Later on in the day while I was at work they called me several times however I was not available to talk. When I checked my phone after leaving my job I saw several missed calls and a text message. When I read the message it said "could we change your appointment time to 6:30 instead of 7 pm" mind you this was the day of the appointment not even two hours in advance notice. I said I could make the earlier time and showed up promptly at 6:30. After I arrived to gave the receptionist my name and told them I had a 6:30 appointment. She informed me the technician was not there and would be back at 7 pm ( my original appointment time ) when I began to explain my frustration very politely to the receptionist, the owner of lash me lily (Lily) is her name. Screamed across from the other end of the room and screams to me "Why did you come back then" I personally feel this is not the proper way to deal with and customer who is willing to pay for a service at her business. I left the establishment and I called back and the receptionist apologized on the owners behalf and informed me she could call me on her own time. (When not in the office). It was clear to me that she was not surprised at her bosses behavior and understood my frustration and offered to service me out of her home. I would highly recommend not going to this salon.
