I came in after trying to grow my brows out & fearful that I would mess them up. She came highly recommended and now I know why! Her studio is gorgeous and welcoming, not to mention extremely clean. She is professional and takes the time to listen to what you want with your brows. Never has she been late for an appointment either and if you're from south Florida you know how big of a deal this is! The wax process itself was essentially painless, and I have a super low pain tolerance. The appointment in it's entirely took no longer than 30 minutes and she offered me a great and doable plan on how to get my eyebrows where I want them to be. You can really tell she loves her job, is extremely knowledgeable about her profession and offers great products (cost friendly ones too!). The job she did on my eyebrows sucked too. I told her a cleanup, but that was the quickest eyebrow threading I've ever gotten...she didn't even try. And the comment about the payment. She asked for cash, but I thought my wallet in, so I payed via Apple Pay with my credit card. She made a little slick comment like she thought the card was going to bounce. "Cash is better". Ma'am...money is money, the form doesn't matter. Quiet as it's kept, I probably make more money than this woman. But since I'm a black woman in work out clothes, she probably assumed I didn't have anything. In a lot of these places, you walk in as a black person and the vibe completely changes when it's time to give us their service. I get that vibe a lot here in south florida (can't wait to move). I'm going back to the woman who usually does my eyebrows (my girl Sunitha, look her up, she's friendly, more affordable, and she's been doing my eyebrows for years. I always tip her very well because she's always been kind and she's never been disrespectful to me). I live further away from her, but today let me know that Raz Brow is on some bs, and I should just make the drive to Sunitha. The gas money is worth it.
