The technician Brady had a bad attitude almost like he was annoyed he had to do my pedicure with a shitty attitude the entire time....he did not clean under my toenails, did not trim my cuticles, my nails were all uneven with white polish all over my toes. He was also on the phone during my appointment which came across as unprofessional and inattentive. I was offered a redo, but after already being there for a long time, 4pm u til 6pm I was unable to stay & ready to go at that point Despite the poor service, I was still charged $40 for the gel polish and French because I was "leaving with their product on my toes" After being a loyal client for years, that was really disappointing.
