Not too mention I needed refill's on my scripts, and since I haven't been for so long they couldn't refill. Somehow there was a misunderstanding on when my appointment actually was, I thought today they said no next Wednesday in their computer. After about 2 mins no worries they fit me in and I was able to see the Dr. I've always had high BP and been on meds for years, but now the meds aren't working. So he sounding very concerned, said we must switch and try something else. I certainly don't want you God forbid having a heart attack or stroke. Wow that hit me like a brick to the face!! He's a straight shooter, who doesn't sugarcoat anything!! Then again has a wonderful "bedside" manner, will make small talk about family, work, just how is your life in general. A very easy person to talk too, and I can tell genuinely cares not only about me but all his patients. He's in a group called Holy Name Primary Care & Specialty Associates. He is my father and step moms primary physician as well. His location does provide parking, behind the building but depending what time of day it is can be hard to find a spot. Bottoms line he a great Dr, who I and you can trust to look out for your well being!!

He even offered to help me find a ride home on discharge!! Dr. Roman is a real nice guy! Highly recommend this group!!!

With that being said, Dr. Wang's practice is truly a gem in Bergen County, NJ and I would highly recommend anyone who wants a caring, thorough, and professional doctor to see Dr. Wang. Though he speaks really fast, Dr. Wang is sincerely approachable and I felt comfortable explaining my concerns and asking him questions. He performed a thorough exam of my body, letting me know which issues I had and how to address them even through minor lifestyle changes. You can tell he has years of experience under his belt because he's able to diagnose your symptoms fairly quickly and he is cautious towards prescribing unnecessary medications. I personally value his holistic approach to medicine. I also appreciated that Dr. Wang called me with my lab results within 24 hours. Most doctors only call if there's something malignant. The office itself is the first floor of a house and it is maintained beautifully. Don't expect a cheery, lively atmosphere - this place is quiet but in the best calming manner. The receptionists/assistants are quick and professional.

He never lets patients finish a sentence. Another concern is his working staff. They always have a huge turnover quite frequently and with no consistency, management of files and prescriptions is subpar. It has happened way too many times where our pharmacy will call/fax a refill request and the people at the doctors office ignores them or puts them aside without getting it to the doctor. The receptionist is highly unprofessional. She told us on the phone, instead of coming in, to get an over the counter medicine for my dad instead. When my mom asked for a call back for an urgent matter, and she received no response for an hour, she called again. The receptionist told my mom she didn't tell him and we should get a response in 3 hours maybe. The staff there is the worst and very rude.

Some of his regular patients drive 50 miles to see him for their daily infusions. He and his staff are very professional and my experience has been very positive. I would happily recommend him if you need iv antibiotics. My GP doctor and my gastrointestinal doctor both recommended him. I also want to warn dog lovers to be very careful if your dog loves to lick you. Dogs carry a bacteria in their saliva which can easily cause a nasty infection if they lick a scratch, bug bite or blister. That infection is resistant to standard pill antibiotics and hard to get rid of.
