The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. My appt was at 10am I arrived 945 to fill out paperwork and sign documents which now it's all on a tablet. So my doctor is V.Fernandez and wow she is super cool and sweet, I was scared at first because she seems young. But rest assure she is so knowledgeable and knows her stuff, I really loved the fact that she takes her time and explains things to you in a way that you don't need it to be repeated or researched on the web. and your allowed to ask questions and she will answer them with no issues. I also liked that for my blood results I was able to do tele-health because I couldn't make it into the office and yet again eventho it wasn't in person she dedicated the time to address all my concerns. Any reservations or concerns I have when I walk in are addressed completely by the time I walk out of his office doors. Not only that but he also has several specialists that come into the office throughout the week to accommodate your schedule. I received a job offer that same month, and due to multiple errors on CityMD's end including failure to administer the correct tests and incorrect paperwork I was forced to repeat the entire process more than once. Because of these mistakes, my onboarding process has been significantly delayed, and I have experienced a loss of income and opportunities that were completely out of my control. What is most concerning is not just the error itself, but the lack of accountability and proper communication throughout the situation. As a patient, I trusted that the staff handling regulated screenings would follow the correct procedures. Unfortunately, that was not the case. At this point, I am exploring further steps, including seeking legal guidance, due to the impact this situation has had on my employment and finances. I hope this serves as feedback for improvement, as situations like this can have serious consequences for individuals relying on these services for their careers
