I hired Christy for hair and makeup for a photography session I had. I called her upon a recommendation from my photographer. I am a basic ponytail and jeans type of girl and never do anything special with my hair or makeup. I have traveled through Pinterest and gathered some long hair do's and makeup. I needed something bold and out of the normal for me. We talked over the phone I sent her some images and she was very helpful. The day came and she was early, well organized, efficient and clean. She takes her profession very seriously and I applaud her for that. She is very good at what she does. For my hair- I felt so beautiful! It was spot on what I dreamed and clipped photos of. It lasted all day and night. I felt so bad at bedtime undoing it. My makeup was out of the norm for me. I wanted sexy, sensual and mysterious. It was just that and more. She added, upon her recommendation, false eye lashes. They looked like my own. My eyes just looked so alluring. After my photo session was done that day I went home and my husband could not keep his eyes and hands off me. He even took me and the kids out to a nice dinner. He kept on telling me how beautiful I was all evening. I truly felt like a queen for a day. I have learned a lesson though. I need to try harder with my everyday hair and makeup. During our hair and makeup session Christy mentioned she does makeup tutorials-I intend to take a few lessons from her as soon as I have some downtime at my office. Christy and her partner are amazing! They did a great job on hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. Everyone looked and felt beautiful all night long. Christy did a great job listening to each of us and giving us exactly what we wanted to make us look our very best. She is very personal and friendly which made the experience even more enjoyable. Let me just start off by saying Christy is by far one of THE BEST makeup artists I've had the pleasure doing my makeup!!!! She did an AMAZING job!!! I was extremely happy with my makeup and it lasted all night. She definitely knows what's she's doing. You can easily tell how passionate Christy is about her work. Christi did my hair and make up for my wedding on 8/30/15, 3 bridesmaid, my mother, and the flower girl. She did such a great job my bridesmaid were very happy with their make up especially how she did their eyebrows. I received many compliments for my make up and I was very happy with the end result as well. Christy did hair and makeup for my wedding on 4/4/15. One of my bridesmaids recommended her from something she'd seen on pinterest. I booked a hair and makeup trial with her and I was so happy with how it turned out. I booked her for myself, 3 others for hair/makeup, and a flower girl's hair. A week before the wedding I became indecisive about the look I'd chosen and set up a 2nd trial with her. This look hit the nail on the head. I was glad she took the time to listen to the changes I wanted and made them. The day of, she arrived to the venue with Alma early(I was running very late) and they started on my bridesmaids.
