I saw Brianna and she did a great job. Everyone seemed to do a good job. They also offer pedicures which is nice. A lot of nail artist type studios don't. There's a lot of color selections and the folks there can help you pick. I got a builder get manicure and both times it lasted almost 3 weeks. Price is fair for the amount of work they put into it. It can be a little quiet in there at times but I'm an introvert so I don't mind. Definitely one of if not the best in the area.

Not saying that there isn't any talent there or that everyone there is bad, but the women who are in charge have no respect for their clients or their stylist. I can only hope that by posting this they will realize their pure unprofessional behavior and never treat a client the way they treated me again. I went in with long black box dye hair wanting chocolate brown. I had requested the hair stylist joanna to check my hair before proceeding with bleaching it and that was not done at all. She left the bleach on my hair for over 2 hours and melted off my hair. I ended up having to dye it back to black as what I requested was not it at all. Later She did acknowledge the fact that she had melted off my hair and that unfortunately this will have to be a learning lesson for her. I appreciated her honesty and the fact that she personally refunded me some of the money she received for doing my hair service. However she informed me that she is commission based and her boss wanted me to come in so she can see my hair in person before refunding the remaining $150. I go in to see Pauline and immediately chose to deliberately humiliate me even more than I already was with the sudden unexpected loss of the length of my hair. In front of everyone she announced that because I dyed my hair she has no obligation to give my money back and thats what I get for using box dye. Dismissing the fact that her own employee had acknowledged and openly admitted to burning off my hair. She decided to not even listen to me, look at any pictures I tried showing her, and in the end asked me to leave her establishment. Pauline herself even saw my hair the day I went in to get it done she saw how long and healthy my hair was whether she wants to admit it or not. So again I leave Vivid humiliated and at a loss of now my money and more of my time. Pauline's mind was made up before I came in to see her. I was even told she would contact me and she never did. Even empathy to what happened to me would have been nice, I understand products were used, however I do not think I should have to pay to have had my hair burnt off at all. Mistakes happen Pauline but the way you handle situations is very important while running a business. Good luck to you with that attitude and lack of respect for the people who decided to support your salon. I was completely unaware of their "7 day policy" as no one had informed me about it. I highly recommend her. Before she pulls the strip of wax off, she has you pull your skin taut in a specific direction, which seems to help the hair come off really nicely and cleanly. Perhaps this is also supposed to make it less painful or make the skin less likely to become irritated. I'm really not sure. The other two people who have given me waxes did not do this, and I think this is one of the reasons why I got smoother, cleaner results from Barbara. I've also never had to use any type of bikini gel afterwards. One small word of caution, especially if you are not a native Californian and are from a state that tends to be more conservative when it comes to hair removal. I think another reason why she's called the Waxing Queen is that she loves to take off lots of hair. She always asks questions and listens very carefully to what you ask for, and she's usually great about doing exactly that and no more. However, sometimes when she really gets in the groove and is chatting, she tends to start removing slightly more hair than you anticipated. So you might want to pay attention and reign her in if necessary. The ambiance of the Skin Perfection is really charming and soothing. It is a small house painted in various shades of purple with trees and flowers painted in places on the walls. There are lovely decorations and relaxing music and scents.
