She knew what she was doing. Sadly, whoever is doing brows now does not meet that same standard. My experience was so upsetting I had to cover my eyebrows with bangs (which I don't even like!) and spent over $80 just to hide the damage. When I spoke with the owner, I wasn't offered a refund--just castor oil and the reassurance that "they'll grow back." That's not acceptable when it comes to something as important and visible as your face. If you're thinking about getting your brows done here, study the technician's own eyebrows first. If they don't look clean, even, or professional--walk away. I won't be returning for brow services unless the original brow artist comes back. So she was nice & did my eyebrows fairly quick cool, she didn't bring me the mirror when I was finished, it was whatever. When I left & checked the mirror in the car. You can def see there's redlines to where she plucked the hair forcefully in a manner where I started to bleed multiple spots underneath my eyebrow. Yes, I know threading is another way of pulling hair, don't get me wrong. But never in my life i've ever seen these marks with my eyebrows! AND she didn't clean up the whole area, there was still sparseness i went home to pluck myself. Like I said I never had an issue with them, but I will not be coming back.

Eyebrows matter! lol I have been mostly…read moresatisfied with the experiences I have had at Shila Eyebrows Threading for the last few years. I don't have anything too extravagant done to my brows, just a clean up and sometimes tinted. I have always preferred threading over waxing, I feel like it lasts longer, and the results look better. Shila's location on Rainbow is very convenient for me, especially being right by Massage Envy so I can have a self-care day :) I took off a star, for only a few reasons. One is the price increase. I get it, the way costs are right now a lot of places are. However, the very reasonable cost made Sheila's Eyebrows stand out more over the rest before. If you have an appointment, this should be prioritized over any walk-ins that come after you. Common sense right? Sometimes they are so busy they overlook who came in before who and don't even look at the sign-in sheet to see if you have an appointment. There was only one time I was disappointed with my eyebrows after having them threaded here. Just imagine your eyebrows cut short in half. I learned a lesson, find the girls that do a great job and stick with them. I also came a couple of months ago, and one of the girls was very rude. She had a frown the whole time, didn't say thank you, I am not even sure why I tipped her, she was so ungrateful. With all of that being said, I highly recommend Shila and Sarah.
