She paid a lot of attention to making sure my brows looked the best they could. When I spoke with the owner, I wasn't offered a refund--just castor oil and the reassurance that "they'll grow back." That's not acceptable when it comes to something as important and visible as your face. If you're thinking about getting your brows done here, study the technician's own eyebrows first.
