All I wanted was for my nails to be fixed. She did a beautiful job. It's very difficult for me to ask for things to be fixed at all, so I would have just waited until my nails needed a fill and then gone somewhere else for that. When I was contacted by the salon, and they were so nice about trying to make things right, I just had to go back. I'm glad I did! Ana filed the nails shorter. She applied polish, I chose the same color because I really love what I chose originally. She cleaned up the underside of all the nails. She moisturized around my cuticles and my hands and arms. I felt very pampered today. She suggested I make appointments with her directly, and I think I will do exactly that! She was fantastic. So sweet. Today's visit was 100% perfection!

I was able to make a same day appointment for a pedicure. Was nicely greeted and was offered water…read moreor soda. The place looked clean and the pedi chairs were comfortable. However, I noticed nothing being pulled from sterile packaging. The nail file and sanding bands looked dusty and previously used. The cuticle cutter tool and drill bits were pulled from random places on the cart which shows nothing was disinfected. The pedi itself wasn't the greatest. The person working on me kept insisting I had an ingrown and tried to cut into my toes even when I told her l didn't have an ingrown and to not cut my nails since I cut them myself before coming in. I prefer filing only. She didn't listen. Toenails were cut at a weird angle and the paint job was poor.
