I had been growing my eyebrows out for months because I wanted to change the shape and make them more even. Unfortunately, my brows were basically just cleaned up and shaped the way I already had them before, so I felt like I grew them out for nothing. I was also offered a tint to help make them look more even. Unfortunately, the tint didn't help and actually made the difference more noticeable because there was dark tint left on the skin underneath one brow, making it look even higher. I also felt like the tint didn't really change anything, so it felt like money wasted. I brought my daughter for her first brow shaping because she has very thick, long brows and only wanted them cleaned up and shaped. Unfortunately, hers were also left uneven -- one was thick and rounded while the other had a more pointed arch. She was disappointed as well. I will say the lady was very sweet, welcoming, and kind, and the place was extremely busy with lots of customers coming in and out. I have nothing negative to say about her customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend this place more for cleaning up and maintaining an eyebrow shape you already like, rather than creating a new shape, evening out uneven brows, or doing a first-time brow transformation. For those services, I would personally look for someone who specializes more specifically in brow shaping.

I wish I had a more glamorous photo to share of my eyelash extensions but I decided to just take one now on a whim for this review. So this is what my lashes look like, straight out of bed, no brushing. This is it and it looks great. This photo is taken a couple days after a fill. Hayley is very good and I get the impression that she takes a lot of pride in her work. She's actually pretty fast given that she lashes almost every single lash, if not every single lash. I would know since I used to get "one to one" lashes with her. I am pretty particular about my extensions. And for me, her extensions last a long time. They still look really amazing at the end of 4 weeks. I also personally like them "not too long" since I also wear glasses and I like a mix of lashes. Hayley is really wonderful at what she does. I appreciate that she allows me to relax and sometimes even fall asleep during the fills. Even at 39 weeks pregnant with a giant belly, she offers these wedge pillows to make you more comfortable so you can lie on your side for the fills--which I think is very thoughtful and kind of her, especially because it seems like an inconvenience for her to be lashing at a weird angle. I actually have tried a few of the other technicians (Sandy and Daisy) and they are also very nice and good at what they do. Hayley is my favorite though so I will be getting my lashes done by her for as long as she is working! I've been with her for four years now. I highly recommend her. I was scarred by a home lash artist and I felt like my lashes were short/weak and I had pulled out strays from a previous set (this is a big NO NO, don't be like me). Thanh did a fantastic job on my new set and they looked great for my birthday party. Definitely is that no makeup look. I started with hybrid lashes and transitioned to volume fills. I loved every single one of my sets and she is really the best in the game. Her sets look so natural, not fake mega lash - so don't expect that from her. My retention was pretty good only because I listened to her instructions on proper lash care and I religiously washed my lashes with her lash shampoo. Thanh's attitude and demeanor made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. She is very easy to talk to and she also gives you space if you just want to relax. It's easy to make an appointment online, through IG, or her website. Usually there's a $20 deposit when you make the appointment and instructions are easy. The chair we sit on is also super comfortable that you realize you're all done before you even know it. I wear glasses and she's very accommodating and makes good recommendations as to style and keeps a copy of your profile for future reference. I get the classic look which takes about 2 hours for initial full set for $100. Would highly recommend! Parking is really easy off of San Pablo and services are really clean and within a house and room, masks are worn at all times and there's good ventilation.

I have been going to her for eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxing since January 2021. I love her work and her space. The place is located residentially and parking is easy to find up front. I have been wearing a mask and am fully vaccinated. I make sure to take my shoes off, wash my hands and make sure I arrive with a clean no make-up face. I always get compliments on my lashes even on the street from strangers since I hardly wear make-up these days. They help me feel put together during my work from home zoom calls with my camera on. It looks like I put enough effort to look groomed and professional. When going out, I don't even need to spend an extra 10 minutes doing my eye makeup especially being able to skip eyeliner, mascara, false lashes and glue -- it saves me time everyday. My lashes' retention looks natural and full even after a couple of weeks. I do try to go to her between 2 and 2.5 weeks because my lashes grow fast. Jessica's prices are very competitive and completely fair especially in the Bay Area. My most recent fill after 4 weeks of being out of town was $165 because I requested a curlier and longer lash. My other fills were $95 for wispy volume and were paid via Apple Pay as Jessica prefers that payment method over Venmo. Note that she is a small business owner so give her ample time if you need to reschedule or cancel. I needed to cancel last minute since I lost my wallet and the cancellation fee was the service amount I would have paid which is completely valid since that was part of the signed agreement. I found her on Yelp and hope that people find her more so that she can make this her full time gig since she's working a corporate job too. I never feel rushed and she makes sure there is plenty of time between her clients. She is so sweet, so therapeutic and gentle. She always plays gentle music and I fall asleep every time. She is super humble and fun to talk to but I eventually fall asleep because I'm so relaxed. She's never pinched my eye and I hardly feel the tape she uses as it doesn't pull or tug on my skin. She is the BEST!!! She does give you a new lash comb and snacks or beverages after your appointment. She really does go above and beyond to make her clients happy. Don't know where else to go for my lashes in the Bay. Honestly, she's probably my biggest beauty secret in my beauty maintenance routine. Book your appointment you won't regret it! :)
