I assumed she meant the $75 would just go towards my fill since she was able to get me in at 8am the next day before she left on vacation since she was very adamant that I come in for a fill before she leaves. Nope. She charged me $175. If it were for any other reason I would take the L & pay it without a complaint but since I've gone to her for so many years I thought she'd be understanding that I am going through a hard time & there has been many times that she would ask me to come in on a different day/time so she could take her mother to the doctor or so she could attend a yoga class & I've always agreed. But that's not even the main reason I'm upset with her. I paid her $175 & went home but when I got a better look at my lashes when I got home, I wasn't happy with the way they turned out so I text her asking if she could redo/fix them for me. She ignored my texts so I asked if she didn't want to fix them then could I get a refund on the $100 (the fill cost). She then blocked me on Venmo & Instagram. No message back about redoing/fixing my lashes or anything about a refund. Just blocked. Please save your time & money & don't get any services done by her. I thought I could trust her but I was so wrong & it makes me sad.
