Not only did she provide great service and quality work, she is so incredibly nice and flexible with a scheduling. But let's get to the good stuff, like LASHES. If you've ever gotten lash extensions before you know how quickly you can become addicted. I'm addicted! Her work is amazing, she takes her time in detail and making sure the lashes are on point. I went with a volume hybrid bc I like wispy but dramatic, and she nailed it. Bc her work is so good my lashes even look good 2-3 weeks out. She also educated me on the importance of aftercare and how to get the most of my lash life. I definitely appreciated that. All in all go to Veronica, she's so nice, funny and her work is amazing. You won't be disappointed!

I've never had so many compliments!!! The only downfall I have on this... Once you get lashes you will be addicted! DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN! I went to Rachel Llamas for over 7 years for lash extensions & I'm very…read moredisappointed with the way she treated me these past couple of days. I had an appointment with her on October 16th but I also had a surgery that day that was scheduled short notice so I had to cancel with her. She told me it'd be a fee of $75. I assumed she meant the $75 would just go towards my fill since she was able to get me in at 8am the next day before she left on vacation since she was very adamant that I come in for a fill before she leaves. Nope. She charged me $175. If it were for any other reason I would take the L & pay it without a complaint but since I've gone to her for so many years I thought she'd be understanding that I am going through a hard time & there has been many times that she would ask me to come in on a different day/time so she could take her mother to the doctor or so she could attend a yoga class & I've always agreed. But that's not even the main reason I'm upset with her. I paid her $175 & went home but when I got a better look at my lashes when I got home, I wasn't happy with the way they turned out so I text her asking if she could redo/fix them for me. She ignored my texts so I asked if she didn't want to fix them then could I get a refund on the $100 (the fill cost). She then blocked me on Venmo & Instagram. No message back about redoing/fixing my lashes or anything about a refund. Just blocked. Please save your time & money & don't get any services done by her. I thought I could trust her but I was so wrong & it makes me sad.

She canceled twice ON ME, both same day and the second time it was 20 minutes before my appointment stating she didn't have anymore lash adhesive. I had already driven from Lompoc to Santa Maria for my appointment. You didn't know you didn't have lash adhesive 3 hours ago? She then pretends like she is accommodating me saying I was still going to be charged just a one week fill when it would be past it. But if you would keep your appointment it would be a one week fill and why am I coming back for a one week fill with hardly any lashes? Clearly this girl has some adhesive problems. If she has it it's probably old. I mean what lash tech just has one bottle of adhesive? If she had adhesive like she has excuses she would be doing permanent lashes! I don't recommend her unless you have time to waste. There are too many other lash techs in the area to be getting a subpar experience. Moving on!
