Needless to say, I will NOT be returning here. I DO NOT recommend this place. Lash extensions should last 2 plus weeks at the very least, NOT 4 days. This place has had more negative reviews than positive over the last year. Save yourself the headache and disappointment. There is a reason appointment availability is abundant.

They were very natural looking, but a friend who has lashes done every two weeks said the lashes were not mink. Still, I was happy with the results and it was a great deal. Jacquelyn was good about letting me know the length of the lashes for future reference, but I only had the lashes done for an event so I didn't go for refills. It was done very fast and it lasted about 2 weeks which is great. The problem I had was afterwards. I don't know if she uses a constant contact system, but I've been receiving texts from her even though it has been a year since my appointment. Last month, I replied to one of her texts that I would like her to remove me from her contact list. Today, I received a text asking about my appointment tomorrow which, obviously, I know nothing about. I understand tone can be inferred in text messages, but once I told her I did not have an appointment she said, "well you're the one who made the appointment not me" and said I was rude. I didn't think that was necessary and it most definitely shows lack of professionalism when dealing with past and/or potential clients.

I'm absolutely obsessed. Again, the prices are super affordable and I haven't seen any places that can beat them. BUT the competitive prices are NOT an indication of poor quality or service and I leave my appointment with gorgeous lashes every single time. I've been booking with Veronica, the business owner, and she's absolutely wonderful. A few other things that make this place stand out: - Parking: LLM is located in a more residential area, so there's plenty of street parking right out front. Never had an issue finding a place to put my car. - Local/Small Business: I appreciate that LLM is a local, Latina-owned business! LLM is not like this. It's still very peaceful and relaxing (I've found myself napping a few times during fills) but it's so wonderful to be around lash technicians and staff who seem to be genuinely happy to be there. Every time I come in, Veronica and the other gals there are so sweet, professional, friendly, and fun. LLM really goes above and beyond-- one time I was really busy and could NOT find the time to come in for an emergency fill, so Veronica went out of her way to book me wicked early in the morning (before LLM even opens!) and brought me an iced coffee, just because. Lash Lash Mama for life Ironically, with the traffic and my general location, it still sometimes takes me about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get to LLM, so my original goal of finding a place nearby kind of fell apart, LOL. Take this as a testament to how great their services are! I go out of my way to drive to LLM despite there being plenty of more convenient options only a block or two away from me.
