Shannon is a Total Gem!…read more I had been going to the same lady for sugaring for years and was super comfortable with her, so I was really nervous when I had to find someone new after she had some health issues and couldn't continue offering services. I knew I needed to find someone good, especially for such a sensitive area--because when it's done wrong, it can seriously be one of the worst experiences ever. After searching and searching on Yelp in San Antonio, I noticed that there just aren't a ton of options with truly outstanding reviews. That's when I found Shannon--and I am so grateful I did! Not only were her reviews amazing, but I've also been in the salon industry myself for over 20 years, so I know what to look for when it comes to real professionalism, attention to detail, and quality service. From the moment I walked into my appointment, Shannon made me feel completely at ease. She has a warm, easygoing personality that instantly melts the nerves. She explained everything, made me feel relaxed, and honestly--I was shocked at how comfortable the whole experience was. Her technique is excellent, her attention to detail is incredible (she didn't leave a single sugar residue behind!), and she even got the tiniest hairs without causing the usual pain I've come to expect in certain areas. I was able to just keep chatting and stay relaxed the whole time, which has never happened before. And the best part? Her pricing is great, too. I left feeling like I just found a hidden gem--and I booked my next appointment before I even walked out the door. If you're nervous about finding a new sugaring pro, trust me--Shannon is the one. She's everything you want in someone handling such an intimate service: professional, kind, incredibly skilled, and someone you can actually look forward to seeing.

She was incredibly nice, attentive, and caring throughout the entire appointment. What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared about my skin. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and cares about her clients, not just getting the service done and sending you on your way. My eyebrows look amazing, and my Brazilian was quick but thorough! I'll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is professional, gentle, and truly cares about the quality of their work.

Overall the facility is small but tidy and very clean. The ability to book online allows for great flexibility. I could tell the difference of the quality between a normal wax and sugaring.
