The doctor at this location Dr salem is great. But the staff surrounding him lacks customer…read moreservice. I have been going to hun for years. Many problems have taken place due to his staff . Canceling appointments half an hour before the appointment. Forgetting to show up had to call him to Come to the other location I was at . The last time was the last time I am floored they made an appointment months before and they put me in the wrong doctor when I have been there for years so they had to cancel. They had no appointment available. No one was budging it was like they were trying to push me onto another doctor that I did not know that I feel that botox is some thing very intimate . If I don't know you, I don't want to do my Botox. It's just the whole thing was just really poorly communicated. It was 45 minutes before I was seen and they told me that he was with someone else. Ridiculous. I will never go there again unless he gets a whole new staff they should be ashamed. and then when I had the conversation with the doctor, he didn't seem disturbed over it so I'll take my business elsewhere and so should you .
