I took this course and showed up to the location in downtown that pulled up on google maps, I called and txted, no response. I found another address on the website and drove out to Addison to see if that's where the class was, I called and txted multiple multiple times and no response. There was a vehicle outside with a couple of girls waiting and I asked if they knew anything about a lash class. They said they had taken it and were waiting on their kits. I finally got into class because someone from the random office building was leaving. Once in the class I had asked multiple times if we needed a license to practice and she told us only if we are in a salon. We only learned how to do classic one on one lashes and come to find out. YOU DO NEED A LICENSE TDLR made it clear. Yea if you want to practice under the radar and very illegally at the risk of a 5,000$ fine I've learned more on YouTube than in this class, a complete scam for false hopes. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I am still in shock as I leave this place. My appointment was set for noon. It was in downtown so I was trying to find parking. At 11:56 I called because I was circling the building and couldn't find parking. I asked the lady there if there was any nearby garages or recommendations. She said she doesn't know the area. I asked if she could ask someone and she said no one was available. I said ok well can you let them know I'll be a few mins late since I'm still looking. I was upstairs in the office by 10 after. Out of breathe and sweaty from rushing. JUST to find out the technician isn't even there. The first claim was that she just ran downstairs to grab something. I totally get it so I waited. And waited. At 12:25 I asked how much longer as I had an appointment at 2. She said it shouldn't be much longer as she's just downstairs. I say again. at 12:30 they asked me to go into the room and lay down to wait. I said again I have wedding events and I have to be out in a little over an hour now. She said the tech just had to move her car and would just be a few more mins. STILL NOT ONE APOLOGY. At 12:46 I told the front desk lady I had to leave. Even if she showed up now I have less than an hour and it would be rushed. She just flatly said ok! That works. The icing on the cake??? The tech walked in as I was walking out, with a nice cold beverage in her had, a cell phone to her ear, and absolutely no care or urgency in the world. I walked right out. The girls here are awesome! They do a great job and work with you on what you want! I've only been here twice but have been super happy with my results each time! Just moving to Dallas from Los Angeles I didn't know what to expect, but this place exceeded my expectations in service, quality, and a friendly staff! Terrible job. Do not go. The people were super friendly however they have zero talent. Paid 200$ for horrible lashes that are worse than even the cheapest elf lashes from Walmart. If I could rate them any lower I would. Do not be fooled, especially if this is new territory for you. Better yet, diy your own eyelash extensions for better results.
