After I procrastinated, I was delighted when Julie made an appointment with just a few days notice. She had a first time discount to boot. When I arrived today, she was ready for me and had questions on what I like and dislike and really listened to my answers. Julie took plenty of time to pay attention to my cowlicks, make suggestions and do lots of texturizing. The results were exactly what I was hoping to get. I'll happily I went back for final appointment as we leave the island after five months of haircuts. It was detailed like the other cuts here.

I visited four places before deciding where to bring my mom for a mani-pedi. And this is the place…read moreI chose. Neo (the nail technician) was very gentle and patient with my mom. My mom has a hard-time walking and half of her body is paralyzed due to an aneurism 25years ago. Nevertheless, she was treated with respect and gentleness. The pedicure spa chairs are confy. They are not "elegant", but the massage is good and place is clean. This place a/c temperature is just right. Not too cold, yet cool enough to keep everyone happy. Complimentary drinks (soda cans, water bottles and juice) are available for customers. There is also free wi-fi. Parking is easy! There is plenty right out the front door. My niece got the manicure with the paraffin heat treatment and it was an nice & relaxing experience.

The location is easy to find right in Los Fresnos. They offer waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures and more! Love the fact that they take appointments for the manis and pedis. Threading they do not, but there wasn't much of a wait while I was there...maybe 15 to 20 minutes at max. They are open Monday through Saturday! Definitely give them a call.

Watch out for hidden rules and unhonored discounts- they keep moving the goal post for the discount…read moreand invent their own rules. Be very careful if you rely on any promotions or loyalty rewards here. There is a frustrating pattern of fine print and rigid excuses used at checkout to avoid honoring discounts. A few things potential customers should know: * Promotions aren't what they seem: Discount cards and promotional cards are handed out, but when you actually try to use them at checkout, you're told they are "for new clients only"--even if the card itself was given directly to you without any clear disclaimer. * Loyalty punch cards are a headache: If you happen to have your punches split across more than one official card, don't expect them to consolidate them or staple them together to honor your reward, even if the total punches add up to a full card. They will refuse to combine them and push your discount off to "next time." Rewarding loyal clients shouldn't involve fighting over technicalities at the register. It creates an awkward, uncomfortable experience for the customer. Think twice before expecting any perks or promotional cards to actually be honored here.

I was happy with the work and continued to come. But recently, I had an appointment, which I book in advance at the end of my each appointment. I drive 30 minutes from Brownsville to get here. I arrived and the place was locked. I sent a dm, a text, a phone call and left a message. I received no response. I waited for 25 minutes and then drove 30 minutes back home. So it ended up being a waste of 1 hr 25 minutes of my time. I received no response, definitely no reason for the "no show" , no attempt at rescheduling a new appointment. I was out of town for 2 weeks and when I got back I again attempted to get an appointment but received no response. I left it at, she's probably still out. I received no apology, I needed no apology but an attempt of rescheduling would have been nice. I waited an additional period of time and again attempted to get an appointment. This time around, she did acknowledge my attempt and gave me an appointment for the following week. The day of my appointment, I started my drive and about 15 minutes in, she text me that she had to cancel. It's 2 days later, I have been waiting for a reschedule if my appointment and I've gotten nothing. Again, I don't need an apology but a total disregard for my time and effort to be a loyal customer is so disrespectful. Needless to say, I will no longer be a customer of this establishment. I can no longer recommend it. If you value your time, please stay away from here.
