I hate when i'm getting waxed and the light is really bright that i want to really squeeze my eye & the hot wax under my brow - it's very over stimulating. with threading, you get to hold your eye a little & get that extra blocking of light & since you're kinda covering your eye, it isn't as scary!! This is a little known place hidden away only known for their threading of eyebrows but who knew about the henna service? I certainly didn't until I looked on line and did an internet search for the umpteenth time and wasn't bombarded by a list of surrounding hair salons that I knew for sure didn't provide henna. Henna is so much healthier for hair as it's from plants as long as it's true henna and not tainted with metallic salts. This salon provided true Henna and then upon my request for Indigo, they did provide that as well. Fabulous haircut styled to my liking followed by the henna and indigo treatment. 1 and 1/2 hours later it was all washed out and my hair felt thicker and softer. This is so much better than any chemical color. I was suffering hair loss from constantly coloring my hair but from now on I will be coming here for Henna and Indigo. If you choose to leave and wash it out at home you have that option but I stayed as I wanted to look spectacular for my Hubby. On this day it cost $20 for the haircut, $25 for the Henna (including the Indigo), and $10 for the rinse (loads of water involved) so total of $55. I also gave a tip of course. Great, friendly staff who are so willing to please.
