Horrendous company! I ordered something from Nordstrom Rack and I received an email that they "tried" to leave my package but because of a security concern they couldn't leave the package. However, I was home ALL DAY. No one ever came, I don't have any mean dogs, anything of the sort. I live in a residential neighborhood and have a circular driveway, anyone could enter and leave very easily. I believe they never even attempted and just wrote that! Also, I called Nordstroms and they said a signature is not required. I will not be ordering from Nordstroms going forward. I would have rated them zero stars but it won't allow me to. read more

Lasership aka On Trac Shipping abandoned my package at the wrong address and had the fucking gall to take a "delivery confirmation photo" that includes the literal sign telling them it is the wrong address and never to leave packages there. I am physically disabled and I do not appreciate being forced to hurt myself in order to retrieve my package. If I find out anything I ordered is being shipped via Lasership aka OnTrac Shipping again, instead of through an actual shipping company with employees who can read and/or understand what arrows mean, I am canceling my order. An ethical company interested in improving the quality of their work would not re-brand their name to escape their terrible 2-star average Google Reviews rating, they would build it back up by actually doing their delivery job right the first time. read more

I wish I could leave a negative zero star. Apparently LaserShip may be subcontracted to deliver packages by some big name retailers and delivery services. I'll cut to the chase. I was notified via email, that my package had been delivered AND signed for by me! I was home ALL DAY, I mean I only opened my front door to let out my dog. LaserShip records actually show a signature that is NOT mine and my doorbell never rang and oh yeah my doorbell is a Ring Video Doorbell, obviously there was no recorded video of anyone approaching my door or ringing my doorbell. Fast forward, I immediately email LaserShip customer service and relayed that I did not receive my package. I did get a quick reply stating they would open an investigation and the issue should be resolved in about 2 business days. Long story short, 2 days pass, I email them and before the end of the day I received an email stating the investigation was closed and if I haven't received my package I should contact seller/retailer. No apology, no "unfortunately our driver delivered to the wrong address," or "hey we apologize we lost your package." Now I see why they have a 1 star rating! Absolutely terrible delivery company and very poor customer service. I honestly don't believe they investigated anything and I truly question their driver's integrity. For anyone reading please ask that any business NOT to utilize LaserShip to deliver your package(s). This is the worst shipping company! They first said they delivered one of my packages to my home 3 weeks ago, they did not. I was home the entire day and have cameras no package was ever delivered. When I contacted them they gave me a case number and said if my package didn't show up in a couple days to call the company I purchased from and ask for a refund! I order another product from the same company and shipped to someone in Ohio, this shipping company said they couldn't deliver and sent it back to the company I purchased from. Lasership has been the most unreliable package service we have used in Connecticut. One package from Walmart was marked as delivered but never showed up on my doorstep. Another was out for delivery and then posted an exception because delivery instructions were needed... I was having a package delivered to a residential house with a porch that is easily found on Google Maps. Further, the company has never attempted to contact me about either package, putting the onus on me to contact them! I'd give this delivery service zero stars but I must select one. I have no issue with the drivers but a big issue with customer service. Non-responsive and unhelpful. The driver left a package at my house but it's not my package. I reported it (after calling immediately but waiting in an automated queue for over 35 minutes) asking if the driver could just return and take the package to the correct person. That was 4+ hours ago - I was just trying to do the right thing but LaserShip doesn't really seem to care. I'm calling back to follow up and no responses to texts, and on hold for over 20 minutes without a live person. FedEx or UPS are the better options! read more

It's actually disgusting that companies still use them for shipping after pages of reviews with the same complaint as me - my package was marked as attempted and needed further information to deliver. I live in a single family house on a public road. I called lasership and after multiple tries throughout the day finally got ahold of someone who asked for my gate code. When I told them that there is none, they said oh maybe they just didn't know where to leave the package. On that day, I was home the entire day and myself nor my ring camera saw any deliverer looking for where to park or drop off my package. The next day, it says it's out for delivery again and got marked as delivered while I was at work. When I came home, there was no package delivered and again no one on my ring camera. They attached my "signature" and said they'll open a case but it's best I just reach out to the company for them to reimburse me. I absolutely never want to have a package I paid for be delivered with lasership and hope that there's legal action taking for both stealing and forging my signature. I was expecting a box with perishable goods and received an email with the tracking information from Lasership. The day the box was to be delivered, a van parked in front of my house, for a couple minutes; who I thought came to deliver my goods. The van pulled away and I was never contacted as to why. I checked the tracking and noticed a bogus explanation that due to the weather my box couldn't be delivered. I live in the NE so the weather was fine, but we are dealing with the smoke coming from Canada but that should not have been a reason to not deliver my goods. The next day I receive a call from Leadership asking why did I refuse deliver of my package. I explained that no one ever tried to deliver my package. The driver of the van probably took my package to another address and they refused it because it wasn't theirs. The one star rating is due to a bogus explanation why my package wasn't delivered and for incompetent delivery personnel who cannot follow gps directions and then trying to say I refused the delivery. Why would I refuse delivery of a box I have been waiting for? Luckily, I called the original seller and they agreed to send me a replacement. I'm honestly appalled that a carrier with such horrible service can continue to stay in business, especially after reading thousands and thousands of similar experiences to my own. I ordered from bath and body works and they shipped my items through lasership. I live in a complex with a package center. Upon getting a notification that my package was delivered, I went the the center and looked everywhere within the complex and there was no package to be found. I saw that some people had their packages arrive late despite a delivery scan, so I waited days, and still nothing. I reached out to a representative who was utterly useless, and basically told me my package was delivered, and they have proof of delivery, but conveniently they cannot show me the proof. He told me I need to take it up with the seller, which is ridiculous considering it's a delivery issue not a seller issue. Bath and Body replaced my items and ship them through this joke of a carrier AGAIN. Honestly I recommend not ordering from any brand that utilizes this carrier. How does this place remain in business? Does it sell the items that it doesn't deliver to customers? I ordered $120 worth of NFL gear. I ordered special shipping and expected it to arrive Thursday. Thursday came and went. No package. I checked online and the tracking website wouldn't load properly. I had assumed due to the weather (snow) that maybe Friday would be the day. I checked on Friday no package, the website was working and said it had been delivered Thursday and left at my door. I went online to look up the number to call and then to my horror read all the recent reviews of customers dealing with the same issue. I called and was on the phone waiting for over an hour. Then my call was disconnected. I called back again and put on hold for another hour. Call was disconnected. Online you're able to talk to an online support chat that will just send you an email to tell you someone will call you with more information (spoiler alert: they never do) I put the phone down and would call again the next day. The key is to call shortly after they open, then you'll only be on hold for 48 minutes. The woman I talked to was obviously very familiar with the protocol on lost packages and told me that the driver would "retrace his route" to see if The package could be found. She said they would call me in two business days with an update. It's been four. I know this call will never come. Just like my package. read more

We inquired about it and they sent a general email saying that they investigated it and it said it was delivered. Even though our surveillance shows no delivery that day at all. So color me surprised when I refreshed it once AGAIN on 12/5 to see that the package was "delivered" on 12/1!? I literally refreshed the shipping page morning, noon, and night on 12/1 and it said nothing of the sort, nor did I get ANY text updates about this supposed delivery. Quite unsure if Lasership is wildly incompetent or straight up malicious. Have had them handle multiple shoe orders and never received a single one. The process goes as follows: (1) package is significantly delayed for several days with no updates from Lasership tracking (2) magically, update appears saying "preparing your package" (3) 1min later, package out for delivery (4) 1min directly after that, package delivered. The package is of course not delivered and the timing on the tracking indicates that they lost or directly stole my package and finally got around to lying to me that they delivered it. I then have to set up a futile investigation through Laserhship that always comes back 48hrs later saying that they, indeed, delivered my package. Horrible company. read more
