That's where it ends. Cons: (1) Massive, massive overcharging. Paying way too much for years without any kind of savings or help. Extortionate, and the rates keep going up. (2) Don't ever let you know when you could be saving lots of money by switching things around. Very disappointing and I would never recommend them to anyone, and am glad that we got away from them. That's about all.

If they can't beat the price you currently have they are honest about that with you and don't pressure you into buying something that will cost you more. They also don't hassle you with repeated phone calls and emails, like some other agencies do trying to get you to move your business to them after providing you with a quote. To me that's everything. I also like knowing that I'm supporting a local family owned business
