My wife and I stopped in today to Gregory Ryan's office to change over our address since we…read morerecently moved to Buffalo. While we were waiting, there were 2 other customers ahead of us. There was one waiting, and the other was being helped. The man at the desk had trouble understanding what the woman was saying (Joyce I think her name was). When he understood what she had said, and left the office, the next customer went to her desk and made racist comments about him "going back where he came from." He repeated himself clarifying that he "should go back to wherever he came from and never come back." I was shocked to see the woman nod. I thought perhaps that she wanted to simply acknowledge that she had heard him, and wanted to move on. However, after they finished their business, they struck up a 10 minute personal conversation while my wife and I waited. The woman's nodding now seems to be an agreement to his racism. Combined with making customer's wait while they chatted about personal friend issues, is beyond unprofessional and rude. We have been customers of State Farm for almost 20 years, and I will say I will NEVER do business with someone who employs such ignorant people. My wife and I will do business with a different agent!

We've had to place a few claims and were treated like we were what's important not the stuff. After an accident when I stopped in the office, that's actually what Dan said after asking how I was, with interest in the answer. We have business and personal policies through him. My policy was in a high risk pool he NEVER should have been put in. It was Jason's responsibility to advise me of that. Thus, for 1.5 years, I spent $17,500 for 2 cars!!!!!! $17,500!! I was overcharged $9,000!!!! $9,000!! This was due to his abject negligence. I spoke w/him and he took no responsibility for it whatsoever. He should have refunded me the overcharge and did not.
