Lots of ample seating, the windows are nearly floor to ceiling, and plenty of small little tables to work at. The coffee is the best I have had in years. I recommend the Dubai Mocha! We also ordered two toasts, the OG and the Western. Both were phenomenal. The whoppie pie was pretty good as was the bagel sandwich my husband got. Service was super friendly - we were greeted immediately and he was SO nice. Definitely recommend!

Let me start with the positives: I would give Plumb Line a solid 5 stars for ambience. It's such a cute and unique coffee shop that's perfect for studying or relaxing. The environment was great, and the staff is friendly. That part of the experience was genuinely enjoyable. Unfortunately, the coffee didn't live up to the hype. We ordered drinks from the fall menu (The Cozy Sweater and Pumpkin) and both tasted more like watered-down black coffee with a hint of cream. There was hardly any flavor, and I couldn't taste the pumpkin at all. The bakery items were also a letdown. We both had cinnamon rolls, which were pre-wrapped and stale. You could tell they were probably delicious when freshly made, but that wasn't the case when we had them. I really loved the space and the service but the quality of the coffee and food really missed the mark. I wanted to love it but it just wasn't the experience we were hoping for.

Huge yikes here. I'm not sure how this place has such good reviews…read more I hate to do this to a small business but this was such an unfortunate experience all around. There is a poor woman working the counter by herself who clearly was not trained very well. It took 45 minutes for a coffee and two bagels - one of which didn't even bother to get toasted because we walked out. She is very overwhelmed, and the owners should work on retraining or putting more on shift on a Sunday. There were about two customers ahead of us and we had decided to stop in for a quick bite but it took nearly an hour before we just walked out, and the guy in front of us was in the same boat. The coffee was undrinkable and very expensive. It was one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I hate to leave such a scathing review, and honestly they're getting two stars because she was so apologetic and it's not her fault, but folks should be aware of the issues. The bagels were also stale and hard as rocks. We will not be back, which is a shame.

The seats that we sat in might honestly be the best/most cushioned seats I've ever felt in a restaurant. When you come in, you get this family friendly, but very upscale vibe. Maybe it's because it was to-go instead of eating it in the restaurant, but then maybe package it differently or something. Burrata plate was delicious. My friend and I wondered if this place was meant to appeal to a 13 year old birthday party or an alternate ladies night to groups of women who don't want to club anymore. The focus on alcohol points to the latter, but the preference for "I know someone who can do that," rather than professionals on the decor points to the former. The food. The food was awful. A charcuterie board filled will Colby jack cubes from Walmart and pizza-ready pepperoni still in the same position as pulled from the package. A cold sausage patty from the microwave. A cold hash brown patty from the microwave. Croissants from Costco. But it was served on a butcher block with a flower head? The service was good. They were nice and personable but inattentive to the food. Missing items weren't noticed. The owner didn't seem to want to open a restaurant but rather a space for instagram selfies.
