Car 55 doesnt obey laws. They drove arojnd another car in a 45 mile zone, double yellow line, with snowy conditions and a car coming down the other side. This driver not only passed the car that was driving 45 miles an hour, but continued to speed up to 65 miles an hour..... this is not ok to drive passengers around doing things unsafe...... read more

Called for a ride to work at 6:24 and it is now 7:00 and still no cab. Called to see where my cab was 8 times and no answer. Terrible service!!! read more

Dispatcher is rude and barely gets the phone. Drivers are reckless. Be careful riding with them if you can catch them.

I called the taxi service and the dispatcher was so rude. He told me 15 minutes. I called 20 minutes later, and he said the drive was coming from the airport. Im not from the area so I don't know how far that is. I calmly asked him how long he think that will be. He raised his voice at me answering me. I ordered a uber when I hung up. When the uber got close i called LaSalle to cancel the taxi and he didn't pick up. The taxi never came. Lol. Its called Uber/lyft and other taxi companies. This one is terrible. Any company need customers to stay in business. This company doesn't understand that business practice! read more

Awful service. They accept credit cards with a minimum of $30. If your fare is less, you pay cash. I used LaSalle Cab when my car was in the shop. The first cab was a little late and the driver was way too chatty for my liking, but all in all he was OK. After that, what a nightmare! I called the following morning at 6:55 AM and asked to be picked up at a local 7-11 Store. I specified 7:45 and no later because I had to be at work by 8 (obviously I live close to work). I repeated it twice & dispatch said "I heard you before". So, I stood in front of 7-11 from 7:30 until 7:50. No cab. Then I called dispatch. He said "he's on his way". 7:55, no cab. 8:00, no cab. I call again. Dispatch says "I told you he's coming", so I yelled back "Now I'm late for work! Tell him to step on it!" The cab showed up a few minutes later. The driver was stretching & yawning like he'd been up for days. He drove 22 MPH in a 40 MPH zone and finally got me to my office at 8:15 (it's 1.7 miles). I was charged $8.00 for that short ride. Later that day I had to take a cab to pick my car up at the shop. At 4:05 PM I called LaSalle Cab again & said "I need a cab at no later than 4:30". The dispatcher said "I hope I can remember. We don't make advance appointments". Thankfully, a coworker was leaving and took me to the shop. When I called LaSalle Cab at 4:45 to cancel, the dispatcher said "Oh, okay. I was just going to send him". Being on time is NOT their strong suit. read more

He and his partner quoted $35. When bag was packed in the van, two guys riding up front always a bad sign, heavy set. The partner turned around and said $70 right. I said no you quoted $35 Niagara Falls to Buffalo downtown. He said OK $55. All too late, we were on the way and after booking them I had a train to catch. (Only 3 per day it was basically the last train) When we arrived, I paid him $35. He said he would call the police! Can you believe it? The officer arrived. The officer said, insisted, we split the difference. I almost got arrested using these pieces of human garbage. Two heavy set guys - completely dishonest, even dangerous. got keys locked in the car and guy came over and got it opened for me for $20 and arrived in 15 minutes....saved the day!

I was taken advantage of on new years day. I was unwillingly charged twice. the cab was 15 and the driver was Tariq Choudry. i called dispatch and they repeatedly swore at me, for calling in because i was charged 70 dollars twice. i have two reciepts that were sent to my phone, and also says twice they charged on my online banking statement. if i do not receive my money back in a timely manner i will be pressing criminal charges. read more
