We were in the tour bus with people who had the lower cost tour and they got pretty much everything we did. It is an all day tour and a lot of it is a waste of time. They picked us up from out hotel at 7am only to drive us to a check in spot where we stood around for about an hour if not longer. Then we had to drive to pick up another group, then we stopped at a random grocery store to have a bathroom break. Then we drove to a place where they tried to sell us stuff and they gave us 25 minutes to look around a store. Lunch at this place was buffet style and terrible. Not to mention, the bag breakfast was a disgusting ham sandwich that a 5 year old could make with a juice box drink and banana. A complete joke for the amount of money spent. In addition with the premiere tour you are supposed to receive unlimited drinks on shuttle. The tour guide hardly offered drinks and we had to ask for water. Beer was offered at the end of the day and was only one type: Tecate light in a plastic cup lol! During a 10 hr trip, we were offered water twice. We got to Chichen Itza about 1pm and time flew, it felt like maybe an hour. Then we went to a cenote which was not the cenote they had in the pamphlet when they sold us the tour (at our hotel), it was nice there. The cenote had changing rooms, bathrooms, snacks, bar, stores, lockers and tequila tasting. Lastly, we stopped at a small town where we spent about 45 minutes walking around. Everyone was dropped off at their appropriate hotels. Try to find another tour, or if you take it, get the cheapest one, it is not worth the price. Maybe 2 hours of the 10 hr tour is interesting and the rest is a waste of time and the food is awful.

Transportation to the ruins was fine. We made two stops to pick up other guests which were quick. They also provided bottled water, snacks, masks, and umbrellas if needed. Our tour guide was nice and provided good information (although I think he could've gone into a little more detail). However, the trip back was horrible. I am 7 months pregnant and it seemed like our driver purposefully hit every pothole he could while also weaving in and out of traffic. My husband was sitting in a middle seat and got a better view of what was happening and said his driving was pretty erratic compared to the other drivers on the road. I don't know what changed in the 2/3 hours we were at the ruins but he seemed to be in a giant hurry.

It was huge, air conditioned, included lunch, beer, drinks and even breakfast. Our tour guide spoke perfect English and was great. They even had another guide who did the tour in Spanish. We loved our guide Fabian! He made us laugh and was very knowledgeable about the Mayan culture. We went to Chichén Itzá and also had another stop at a ancient Cenote. I highly recommend Xcaret for their tours!

First, we did the Chichen Itza experience, which brought you to a Mayan Village, a sink hole you can swim in and then to Chichen Itza to do a tour of the pyramids and such. Chichen Itza is about 2 1/2 hours from Cancun and it's nothing short of amazing! Our tour guide was funny and SUPER knowledgeable and it was an incredible experience. It's tough getting up that early in the morning but it's worth it...and every penny we paid to do this. The next thing we did was the Xcaret Park. This place is COOL! They have a bird area that's huge and you can get up close to the birds. They also have a butterfly area with the most beautiful butterflies that fly all around you. So cool! We also did the underground river, which allows you to swim in...well, an underground river. It was tons of fun. There's also a little beach area with sand and hammocks so you can relax and listen to the waves crash. They thought of everything at this place. It's really amazing and I highly recommend it. I'm not sure why this company has poor reviews...their prices are reasonable and the tours are awesome!

Traveling with my elderly father and 2 children, we decided to go with a private transport. We were quoted at $162. $81 both ways, private service, directly from point A to B, for 5 people was a steal. Our driver was waiting for us outside with a cute little sign with our name on it. Helped load our bags, had the air conditioning running, and provided fun info along the ride. We also used them for our day trips to Tulum and Chichen Itza. It was basically an "open" service, meaning we reserved a private transfer to use any way for an allotted amount of time - 4, 6, or 8 hours. We reserved 6 hours ($200) for drive to Tulum, lunch, and either snorkeling or cenotes. Again, they were there early to pick us up and drive us where we needed/wanted within our 6 hours. We chose 8 hours for Chichen Itza. Drive (private transfer), tickets to Chichen, private guide at Chichen Itza, Cenote swim, and lunch buffet- $510. Again, they were absolutely amazing and personalized our service to meet our needs. Absolutely the BEST!!!!! We love Tello, Raul, and David!!!!!

My wife and I were blown away by their extraordinary customer service from our very first email and call with them, all the way up through our wedding day. We worked first with Mar to choose our hotel and reserve our room block, and then with Ale for the remainder of the process, including guest coordination, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements. Both of them, along with every other employee we interacted with, were extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. They always responded to our inquiries within 24 hours, and most times, within an hour. They always made us feel like we were in good hands. Our guests all had similar feedback, which is nice to know that not only did we receive great service, but so did our guests. On top of the excellent customer service, the wedding concessions they offer are a huge perk. Again, it almost felt too good to be true, but I can attest that they followed through on every single concession that they offered. To anyone considering a destination wedding, I would recommend Hola Weddings in a heartbeat. Trust the positive reviews you see online. We're glad we did! Thank you again for everything, Ale and Mar!

I actually first started working with someone from Destify, but the communication just wasn't there for me. I found this site from a simple Google search and as soon as I reached out, I heard back from someone and from there I was set. I first worked with Miriam, who helped me set up my site tours and help me figure out where I even wanted to go. She really help me focus in and figure out what I wanted to do. After I figured it out the resort I wanted to use she helped me with the communication with the resort, getting the contract signed, and even getting a room block set up, which I initially wasn't sure about, but I must say it was one of the best decisions we made during this planning process . So she was always there for some great advice. She then connected me to Leticia, who took the rest from there and help me with getting my website set up for my guests to book their rooms and get all the information about the wedding from. They put up the site so quickly and made it so easy and seamless for my guest to book or ask questions. Because everything was through email I always had tons of questions and they were always so quick to answer me and treat me like I was their only client because of how great their service was. Everyone at Hola Weddings , even if one of my planners was not in the office was always great about getting back to me and treating me with such kindness . When planning a wedding there's a lot of things that you may stress it out, but they make everything on their end so easy!! They sent out the travel information to us once everything was booked and getting close to the wedding and the service they used for our pick up and drop off was excellent at communication and getting us to and from the resort I couldn't have asked for better. Our guests constantly told us how easy it was to get questions answered throughout the whole process. All I can say is how genuinely grateful I am to them for all of their services and all of their help it made a world of difference in our process and our wedding !!
